I moved into cedar springs mobile estates park they make you sign a 30 day warranty clause. Stating that after 30 days they do not have to do any repairs to the rental units. If they do the repairs they charge $25.00 an hour plus parts and labor. The unit that I rent the windows don't lock. I have no screens, they leak water and tons of drafts air. Making it unbearably cold in the winter months. To the point that we cant even use one of the rooms. There is no insulation around any of the water piping or under the sinks. I did as the lease stated and followed the proper procedures to have my windows repaired. At that time the owner of the park refused to put new windows in. The owner only registers very few trailer in the park as rental properties avoiding paying taxes on them. I am not the only person that is having issues here. The health department said over half the trailers here have major repairs that need to be fixed and the owner refused. My advice to everyone avoid brookfeild managment and cedar springs mobile estates at all cost unless you have a really good attorney, she is nothing but a scam artist and a slum lord!
