British Telecommunications Plc (BT-PLC) review: Lottery winning email & sms 20

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you about a sms & some emails sent by the British Telecommunications Plc (BT-PLC).This company informed me that my mobile no had won at £500, 000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Great British Pounds Sterling Only.) & asked me to contact via email.I contacted them & then they sent me an email containing an Application form to be filled up.I filled it & attached some of my personal document's photocopy.Then they replied after 2 days & asked me to contact ----

I contacted them also via email.After few days they also sent me another application form asking me to provide some information.I provided them the same.Again they sent confirmation letter but demanded Rs.18500/- for clearance charge so that my fund would be clear.They asked to contact with their diplometic agent named PHILIP RICHARD at the delhi airport with the clearence money on 26th sep 2011.I couldnot arrange the amount, that is why I did not go to airport to contact the agent.The agent phoned me on that day & I said them I couldn't meet him and then I stopped all---replying or any kind of communication with this company's personnals.But on 4th october I surprised to find an email from CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE & CUSTOMS
NEW DELHI
---telling me---- WE ADVICE YOU TO GIVE US YOUR MAXIMUM CO-OPERATION BY PAYING THE REQUIRED CHARGES FOR THESE OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT ALLOW HIM TO DELIVER THIS CONSIGNMENT TO YOU. IT WILL BE CONFISCATED TO THE GOVERNMENT ACCOUNT AND AT THE SAME TIME WE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR MONEY LAUNDERING IN THE COUNTRY.
Now i am afraid & in a helpless condition.I am afraid of Identity theft & I can't understand why will I be charged when I stopped claiming the prize.I compell to live in fearful & helpless condition.I feel mental pressure & harrasement for this.Plz resque me from this critical condition by providing some helpfull & satisfying answers/information.It is my earnest request to you please take necessary steps in this matter as early as possible.Thank you & oblige.
