Predatory company!
11/8/21 charged 522.00 and I was told to come back the next day for the root canal. Gave me a pill to take the next day when I come in.
11/10/22 charged another 523.00
Total paid - $1045 full price for all service rendered.
11/9/21 Brighter Smiles.. cashes a a check from my insurance company for $399.73
Eiman Khailiari-Araghi, DDS my doctor preformed the root canal and called to check on me after. [protected]. The root canal was perfect. Their billing is dishonest and predatory and taking advantage of service members and their families. They owe us money! Not the other way around.
They will steal as much money from you as they can! This dentist was in network! With no other choice, I was funneled to this in network provider. I told them I am only supposed to pay the amount the insurance company quoted. Easy enough to ask Concordia right! You can too.
Brighter Smiles charged me full price up front!- for a root canal. Sapi the short older man front desk employee and related to this family of dentists told me. “ You will be reimbursed after your insurance pays. You have to pay full price before!”
That was a total lie. They charged me full price - also cashed checks from the insurance company Concordia. They never did refund me - which is fraud - and then asked me for more money!
So I call Concordia again and Felicia transaction # [protected] tells me Brighter Smiles’ accounting dept submitted paperwork to switch the provider documentation to claim I used a different doctor - untrue. We had an in depth conversation about coverage prior and it was written on the paperwork prior to my starting service.
This is a family business by the way! They knew exactly why I was there and we talked about providers before hand. And…. I paid full price… upfront! How in the world do they not owe me money and think I owe them. They will steal as much money from you as they can!
