Bridge crest is a branch of CARVANA and they do everything in their power to make it difficult for their customers to make a payment. For my first payment that was due 1 December 2023, after not receiving any information from Carvana as to where I was supposed to make the payment to I telephoned Carvana on 27 November 23 who transferred me to Bridge crest who refused to accept my credit card payment. They tried to force me into auto payments which I refused and then they wanted me to pay VIA a debit card (which I do not own) and then they wanted me to drive 34 miles to the nearest Walmart and make my payment with Walmart which I also refused to do. I mailed them a check on 27 November 23 and after informing Bridge crest that the check was mailed, they harassed me with telephone calls every day from 28 November (3 days before payment was due) through 9 December 23 (called me 3 times on 8 December 23). I found out today with a 3-way telephone call with Bridge crest, Carvana and myself that Bridge crest actually cashed and posted my payment on 7 December 23 yet they continued to call me 4 more times after they had cashed and posted my payment. They also refuse to send me a monthly statement.
Desired outcome: I want a monthly financial statement mailed or emailed to me each month so I can verify that they received and properly posted my payment to my account and to verify that the breakdown of principal and interest is correct.
