Breeders review: Puppy

I purchased a TeaCup Yorkie for $600. October 20. Breeder name Teacup Yorkie Breeder Home. I was told from the breeder (John Femvi) Pennsylvania, PA that the puppy would be delivered on October 21. Then I get a email asking for 995 for asking me to send money through Apple Pay. Offering free shipping. Then I get a email from John saying he will email me the owner ship documentation for me to sign and email back to him. He said he would forward to the delivery agency. Then I received a email from United Express Pet Delivery Service asking for $995 for pet insurance which they claim would be refunded to me upon delivery of puppy. Daniel Darnell is who I sent the money to.. Then I received another email asking for 1300 to go and buy Apple Pay gift cards for 1300 which I did. I received another email asking for an additional 1000 dollars. At this point I started to realize I had been scammed. I have asked them to refund me the money and they have not responded. I have asked them for a business name and a contact person and they have not respond. I only have phone contact number which I keep calling and no answer. Number for John Verviers 215-215-5615.
