The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

My credit card was charge $1633.58 on January 12 for a Shih Tzu puppy. BreederNetwork.com called me Friday and Sunday to inform me that my puppy would be shipped today, Monday January 31. When my husband & I arrived at Delta Cargo eagerly awaiting the pick up of our new puppy we were informed that our puppy was not been shipped. Delta Air Cargo called the shipper and was told the puppy had not been paid by BreederNetwork.com and would not be shipped until they were paid. BreederNetwork.com owes the shipper for my puppy plus two other puppies they shipped prior to recieving payment at Christmas time.

I ordered a puppy on breedernetwork.com and was hopeful even though a few days later I saw all the complaints. I sadly found out that all the complaints were more than accurate. I had to call the company a million times to get any information and when i finally reached someone they told me the poor puppy had a heart murmur. When I asked for a refund they pushed me into trying to select a different puppy. I didn't want to deal with them any longer and I told the person on the phone that I would rather just get a refund, they said no problem and that it would take two to three days. Later that day I got a phone call from them and they tried to convince me to get another dog, i declined again and then they said I would get a refund in seven to ten days. I still didn't get the money and had to contact my credit card company and put in a dispute. I had the most terrible experience with this disgusting company. They don't care about the puppies or the future owners once they get your money. Please stay away from them because they need to be put out of business. Just think of the puppies that they get from puppy mills that die or are sick like mine was if that puppy even existed.

These people should be shut down. After reading countless other coplaints it would appear that the company is getting away with plan old theft and fraud. I really appreciate the individual, previously employed by
said company, sharing his comments. If that doesn't prove it for everyone! We are yet another couple who
willing payed over $3, 600 to secure an animal and never received anthing other than excuses and put-offs!
Really people, flight delays from Florida to Alabama because of snow! Give me a break already! Stay clear
of these scam artist and someone let me know how we can help to put such people out of business; better yet
in JAIL!

Very Frustrated

Company Phishing for your personal information by telling you in order to view puppies you must fill out and submit personal data! They do this to gain your information and then continuously harass you with more than 10 phone calls per day. I had repeatedly told them I was not interested and I continued to recieve phone calls. I was informed and researched this company. And I found they have multiple complaints on stating deposits are refundable and they do not refund money. They are formally known as Breeder'sDirect.com. This company also selling information to third parties! Selling sick dogs and dogs that are not as advertised.

DON'T DO IT! Unless you liked to be ripped off! Then, by all means do it. These scammers use the bait and switch with their puppies.

It must be an exciting life, analyzing every word in each sentence that a person posts.

Some people have too much time on their hands...

I have no idea if they're rare. It's just a specialty breed that is smaller than the standard 10 lb Yorkie.

Beg to differ but, yes, there is such a dog called a teacup yorkie. Check the 'net.

That company may be in Alabama, but the puppy might be coming from another state, from a small breeder that doesn't own a website. Notice its "Breeder Network" .. as in many different individuals networking.

I know these people use to use "Gator" to harvest personal info at one time on other sites. Not sure if they use it with their current sites. Makes me wonder though.

Gator is a program that runs in the background of a site. When people click on a link to read information about an advertised product the program goes to work searching the shoppers PC. Addresses, credit card numbers, bank accounts, passwords, social security info, or any number of other pieces of info. Once shopper clicks on the link the shopper opens a door for the program to enter, bypassing firewalls, etc. Use to be big on drug sites.

Currently, similar programs are a favorite of organized crime around the world to help them commit nefarious acts against unsuspecting victims. Such a shame, so much promise, so little ethics.

or you don't have to enter any information to look at the puppies pictures at all. I've been to the site and all you have to do is scroll to the top and click "available puppies". once you enter in information, it asks you to set up a certain time for an interview over the phone and sends you an email confirming your appt. So, if you dont want to recieve phone calls... you probably shouldn't enter in your phone number onto websites.

Go to your bank if any monies were forced to be paid to view puppies and put in for investigation and tell them you want your money back. Also call the company tell them you want money back, to place you on the no call list, and that you are reporting them to the BBB if you are contacted again and if you do not have your money back. Never submit any info to look at anything...it is a scam and most likely will lead to other people contacting you down the road as well.
