Despite my initial interactions with the company's representatives, who portrayed an idyllic picture of their services, I have been nothing but disappointed and frustrated. I was led to believe that their service would open the doors to effortless travel and luxury experiences around the globe. My partner and I were thrilled at the prospect of our annual European getaways. However, the reality was far from the promise. Our first experience in Rome was subpar at best, with outdated and unattractive accommodations. Our second attempt in Florence was downright unbearable, forcing us to seek refuge in a hotel. The timeshare system has proven to be convoluted and the value derived from it negligible. I found myself simply handing it off to acquaintances, unimpressed and disillusioned. Under their advice, I upgraded to the platinum tier, hoping for a change. Yet, this only served to deepen my sense of betrayal, especially considering I made the decision during a vulnerable time following the loss of my son. The upgrade did not bring about any noticeable improvement, but it did increase my debt to the company. I need to sever this relationship as soon as possible.
