The promise you a free 30 day trial then charge your account $87.00 less than 2 weeks into the trial. When you call the number they supply you get an answering service in India who give you the run around and claim you have to send a fax of the charges to the company to receive a refund. Do not buy any products from this outfit. It's a nightmare.

I got lucky on this scam. I always google check before I click for a 'freebie to be canceled in so many days' but didn't this time. Then after I did, I decided to check and I saw all the complaints. I got a call offering another freebie to cancel in 14 days. I received both products. I called them a few times with good results and said I was returning both products. I photocopied everything in case I had to send it to my credit card company. I sent the products back by certified mail. The $49.99 amount did show up on my credit card, then it was credited. WOW was I lucky!

I ordered something else and after placing my order a pop-up came up offering me a bottle of Biolab Cream to try for 15 days. I ordered it too and printed off a receipt that said the price was 89.53 + .99 shipping and I was getting a 89.53 discount for the cost of .99. The "free" trial started on the day I ordered but the product didn't arrive for 10 days. My credit card was charged for the promised .99 and $49.95 on the day the product was shipped. I had 5 days left in my "free" trail. I called on the 14th day and said because it took 9 days to receive the product I wanted to cancel before trying it. I was told I did not need to send it back and I should expect a credit to my card within 3 days. A week after cancelling any further shipments I received another bottle. I called but before I checked to see if the credit card refund had come through. NO. The first person agreed the credit should have gone through and started to explain what I needed to do with the box I'd just received. Then we got cut off. Did I mention I waited 17 minutes for him to answer! I called a second time and again had to listen to prerecorded sales pitch and wait another 17 minutes for someone to answer. This person checked my record and instantly said she'd put me through to her supervisor. The supervisor kept interrupting me to tell me what her records said. She said their was NO WAY I had a receipt, even though I was looking at it. I tried over and over to tell her what had gone on with other reps and she said 'IT DIDN'T HAPPEN". Eventually she hung up on me.
