Bidhere.com review: This site was the only one where I felt I was being raped 10

I've been on several bidding sites and have watched hours upon hours of auctions. This site was the only one where I felt I was being raped. I would bid on ps3 games that were obscure and not popular and would continually get run up by bidders, the only catch, non of the names were the same. On normal sites, you would see 2-3 people bidding back and forth, on this site, it was me vs 50 different names. So, in my opinion, bots or a program. Don't waste your time here.

They are scam artists. I can prove it.
I have won an free bids auction on 30 Nov 2013 13:52 pm, they haven't send it to me till now. How can people trust them if they don't even send the free bids (auction) to the winner? Also, I have contacted them and got no response till now.

STAY AWAY FROM BIDHERE.COM!

No offense to any of u guys...but u should seriously think or research before u whip out the old credit card, to get stuff I nearly guarantee u did NOT NEED in the 1st place. People who need things, save up money and do research on the best possible place to spend their hard earned $. As someone who has limited money, I tell u right now, I would NEVER, ever in my LIFE sign up for a site like this, mainly because my brain functions. In college we actuually had courses that relate to this a little, about fraudulent business practices, and I hate to say it...that although technically as of right now this is "legal", it WOULD be considered fraudulent, because they do NOT clearly demonstrate to consumers A) what the specifics are regarding their site and what differentiates them from competitors B) As one consumer stated, have "bots", or probably worse...they hire a staff of losers who simply run up bids on people...which could pretty much NEVER be proven. Imagine, how much would it cost a company like this, to hire a small staff of computer programmer nerds...to stay logged on--even from comfort of their own homes, maybe not to flat out steal the bids from you directly (like taking the product), but by running up your bid count to where you simply dont have as many bids, b/c you are constantly spending hundreds of bids--like the person said about gift cards. I totally agree--what person NEEDS a gift card so bad, who doesnt have a job, who sits at home watching stupid penny site bids--we are not talking about winning a brand new BMW here...were talkin about winning a freakin gift card lol. Now I admit, America is in REALLY BAD shape, and its one of the fastest crumbling countries in the entire world in many ways (financial, infrastructure, economically, fundamentally, socially, etc.)...but seriously, you almost have to give people who come up with these sites credit. There is an old saying..."no one ever went broke, UNDER-estimating the stupidity of the average American". In this country, stupidity is not only tolerated, it THRIVES. Thats why companies like this put things in fine print, and usually have you sign an arbitration agreement, for the majority of you who do not understand this...I'll break it down. You forfeit basically ALL your rights, and any chance you have at suing them, in the user license agreement, or end user license agreement. You know that sections where 99% of people scroll through, never reading it, just to get to the point where you can "accept" the literal 20, 000 word document that would take 3-5 hrs. just to read, and even for an intelligent person, would require an attorney to fully understand...yes thats what allows these companies to do what they do. Untill American intellgence of the average person rises substantially...and Republicans continue to be FAR smarter and more cunning that Democrats, the rich will continue to get More and more filthy rich--of of people who are dumb enough to go out and work, to waste their hard earned money on something as dumb as a penny auction. The honest truth is, most people are just so bored, they look for ANY source of entertainment, and are usually willing to spend money--even when their fiscal budget cannot sustain it. Perfect example? Look at Detroit, Michigan, a once thriving city. Now, because of HUGE business, leaving in droves, to build plants in cheaper countries that value business, such as Mexico, Honduras...Detroit has only few things that are even capable of thriving...crappy, cheesy, pawn shops like that of "Hardcore Pawn" where no matter what you ask for you item, Les Gold (yes, thats really his name, as if you couldnt tell, he is Jewish) they will offer you less than 20%, assuming you both A) know nothing B) are as ignorant about the item as they are C) will just naturally believe anything you're told, bc the majority of people in Detroit are not just uneducated, but are in BAD need of money...essentially, they exploit the fact Detroit has fallen apart, rip off the little guy, in order to make a not just a profit, but to embarass the customer and offer insulting prices to add additional revenue. They also have...casino gabling. Yes, clearly, THAT is the answer to ALL of Detroits SERIOUS fiscal problems, instead of raising taxes, or working to drive down the cost of business taxes to encourage business to either A) stay in Detroit or B) come to Detroit...they simply tax the poor and working class, with casinos or lottery. The average person, has LESS of a chance of hitting the lottery, than being hit by lightning in their lifetime...TWICE! Seriously. Look it up if you dont believe me. If you simply made one mistake and go onto a site like this, then please just learn from it. The old saying, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice (or 3 times, or 4 times, or 100 times) then shame on ME. If you dont research a company before giving them VERY sensitive personal information, money, and risking that information being shared (hacking their weak servers to obtain so called "secure" information, that even LARGE companies have an EXTREMELY hard time protecting (i.e. Sony, remember, when they were "hacked" not too long ago, when their ENTIRE network was down for weeks if not months...ya...not only could you not access your OWN information, or credit card information stored on their UNPROTECTED servers, they even ADMITTED they "lost" a very large percentage of users "protected", "secured" information like name, credit card number, PIN number for their credit cards, etc. And get this...they are a MULTI-BILLION dollar company. Now imagine, what a company just starting out, has to "protect" your information. I hope this puts things in perspective for you guys. Im honestly not tryingn to embarass anyone, but its hard for me to understand how anyone can HONESTLY blame others, after making such poor decisions. If you are getting money from your mom, your parents, or a "suga momma" or "suga daddy", then I see why you dont care about losing money...but for the rest of us...if you WORK to earn a living...then this is simply Darwin at its finest. The weak minded get taken advantage of by the deviously smart...except in America, we dont let people fail as they should, and have throughout ALL of history. It USED to be, if you were too stupid to feed yourself, you DIED. This country allows you to fail, go bankrupt, let your children starve, and then allow you to receive money, from the people who DO actually have the intelligence to keep a job. Basically, the dumb are allowed to keep getting dumber, while the more intelligent people work their entire lives, working to have NO CHOICE about giving a large percentage of their income, towards taxes, which are then delegated to helping the stupid people to have an income, so that they can get back on their feet, and go out and do it all over again, and declaring bankruptcy every 11 or 12 yrs. Gosh...how could you NOT love this country...where intelligence is penalized, and ignorance is not only ALLOWED, but ENCOURAGED!

Well, obviously you didn't mention that clearly.
If you have undelivered items, you are covered not only by law, but also by Bidhere.com too.
Simply email them 'demanding' your products or threaten to take them to court.
I don't see why they would want a legal trouble when they can simply ship the item.
They ship hundreds of items a week, and of course they know how to ship.

Simply ask.

My claim isn't for lost bids it's for undelivered products, so before you assume anything, ask.
If I were to claim lost bids that would be way over $10, 000
I would develop more here for you but been advised by my lawyer in QLD to wait for legal procedures.

And just to complete my previous message, for those feeling raped, another way of complaining or reporting a scam is here:

I do not think Bidhere.com is a fraud website.
Been a member of their website from day one they started.
Yes, I won a lot more then, compared to now. But they have become much more popular than they used to be.
Disputing charges on Paypal may look like easy solution, but that will see you in court.
Like any other auction house, bidhere will fight for it.
Even if paypal refunds you, their legal team will go out and sue you right away.
I've had that issue where my friend charged back some $500 and was taken to court.
With damages, she had to pay over $2000 to bidhere.com.

They are totally legit.
If you do not win and think a lot of your money is lost, contact them to seek some sort of arragements.
Especially if you are a big customer (like 3Andrew), they will simply offer you some free products, buy nows and what not.
Its not worth the risk to dispute charges because you have a disagreement with them or if you've not won anything.

Who are we kidding? Penny auctions are nothing but another kind of gamble guys.
You take the chance, you win you win, you lose - suck it up.

Good news is they have buy it now on all auctions.
So even if you lose, simply purchase the item!

Sorry 3Andrew, I do not think you are guiding the community rightly here.
You chargeback and they come after you, simple as that.
Their terms and conditions to which everyone has to agree to participate is robust and well protected in court of law.

i'd be very careful while charging back.
Its NOT worth the risk.

One of the things you can do if you have also been scammed by bidhere is:

1. Go to your Paypal

2. Find the bidhere transaction and open a dispute explaining why you think that website is fraudulent. Of course, bidhere will come up with all sorts of crap to defend their selves so eventually you will have to raise your claim to a dispute where paypal analyses the case and makes a decision.

3. I got nearly all the money back which was about $6, 000 US$.

It's very important that people actually do this because the more claims created against bidhere, the more obvious it becomes it's a fraudulent website. Ultimately, Paypal will refuse to provide payment services to Bidhere which will ruin the business and vanish that cancer out of the internet.

I know it can be hard guys.
I've tried it and love it.
I can vouch for them.
Hiding WHOIS is a common practise for online businesses to avoid spams of all sorts.
I have won 3 items there and can tell you they are honest, reliable and deliver on time.
I have no complaints whatsoever.

They even introduced buy now option on ALL auctions.
Nothing to lose now I guess.
Hope this helps.

Bid Here is advertised as an auction site however after some analysis its easy to conclude its gambling. They lure people with low or middle income levels to join based on there desire to save money on items they have always wanted. Once there they buy bids only to be outbid. Some people spend thousands of dollars on there credit cards and never win or learn. The main issue I have with this site is one of fairness and transparency. With traditional gambling you can find the odds of winning and base your decisions off those published odds. With bidhere it is not possible to find the odds. It is always the people with the most money or giant bid banks that win. There is no way to tell what your up against. In addition there is a top 10 spender board weekly. As a newbie even if you buy $300 dollars worth you can have you name posted. Here your competition can track you and know how many bids you purchased. Obviously this is not fair.
