Bibbeo Ltb – My employer refused to increase my payment for work, where I wasted 2 hours

The company Bibbeo Ltb. provided me different small jobs. The last job was nightmare, because I couldn’t enter to the building. I couldn’t find the key firstly, but later I needed to enter the code, but it was fake. The guard gave me wrong code, so I needed to call to the reception and asked them. I emailed my employer and said that I wasted 2 hours only to enter to the building. I asked to increase my payment, but she only laughed at me.
