Freestyle Libre review: 14 day glucose monitoring sensors (14 day libre 2 sensors)

I place an order every 14 weeks for my freestyle Libre 14 day sensors with Edgepark Medical and every 14 weeks they do not process the order unless I follow-up 3-4 times with them and they always have excuses and apologize for their inability to fill my orders. Apologies are not enough anymore — they obviously are a danger to me and the public that depend on devices that they distribute for Abbott. I require these devices to control my diabetes. I have written to their president and have not gotten a response — my health is in danger and I am feed-up with the general ineptness of their company. They are dangerous to the public and to me. I am out of sensors and thus my diabetes is out of control.

I placed the order with medicare and they had 30-days to fill the order — they dropped the ball 3 times, and through that period my insurance changed — the insurance was enforce when I placed the order and they should honor it since they did not live up to their commitments — this should be on them. I have new insurance but my old insurance should cover this order
