Betabrand review: Loyal customer

I have purchased close to 20 articles of clothing from Betabrand, I continue to return and reoder based on the excellent quality and comfort of the clothing. I must state that sizing is inconsistant, depending on style. Because of this inconsistancy, I have returned and exchanged several items over the years, and was treated fairly. I noticed that they no longer make their customer service phone number available on their website and prefer that you email; this has not been an efficient way to communicate with them. Hopefully I can resolve a current issue with them on Monday, as they are not available on the weekends - I do not have a problem with that.
