Best Rooter & Plumbing review: Overcharged for labor services provided were sub standard. Below average not satisfied

Just a few weeks within this month, I found this guys name Gonzalo contact info. from Craig list, I see his rates were a little reasonable, so I decided to give him a call which he promptly answered his phone, so I explained him about my situation that I have a clogged patio drain and secondly needed to install a kitchen faucet, I already bought the faucet from home depot just needed to pay him for installation, so I called him on a Monday morning and made an appointment for Saturday morning a week in advance notice just because no one is at home during the morning time to sit and wait for him during the weekday so we agreed on Saturday morning, a day before on Friday he called me that he will come in on Saturday morning but will be one hour late, I called him back and I said it is ok to come an hour late on Saturday morning since I would be at home. Since I live in a condo when I gave my address to him he misunderstood me my unit was B and he went to D location then he calls me and I told him it was unit B any ways I opened the door for him. He installed the faucet and said he will charge me additional $20 for the certain adapter I said ok and go ahead. First of all he took a while to install the faucet very slow man, then I said we need hydro jet the clogged drain in our patio, he did not knew any thing and all the water went in the neighbor house in one common wall, he said I cannot fix this issue it needs a total new connection and needs new line to be connected through the garage, he could not solve the drain issue but still charged me a service fee for his machine to run. he then gave a quote for $2700 for making a new line. So I gave him a check of total $200 which included an installation of faucet labor and a drain to clear which he could not fix. I received an invoice 2 days later with the wrong unit number and no customer name it mentions Resident He has no knowledge of asking customer name in his computer Once he left a few days later I see that the faucet he did was loose also he left a part under the sink which I have no clue. I then called him back a few days later to come back and fix this issue within one week I called. I Told him to come in the afternoon as I am at work he said he cannot come in late afternoons thenI told him to come on Saturday he said he is not available on this Saturday so he is not cooperating with me It is his fault to left the faucet loose and not working with my schedule, So far he has not called me I Iost the $ 200 that I paid. I will be reporting this issue to the Bureau of Business Services abut his work ethics problem and I hope he can read his review because I am not going to get any work from him and I will let people know about his behavior. He was suppose to come today this Saturday to fix the loose faucet he has not called yet. he has no responsibility.

By the way the $2700 Quote he gave was bogus one, I had my own contractor did an excellent job for half of the amount. please be careful when hiring this guy he has no knowledge.

I hope this man can read this review and think how he treats people.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my money back, horrible service and the owner of the business has no business ethics.
