Best Fitness review: Gym contract

I signed up for a review of if I would like to join the gym or not, and the adviser at the Best Fitness Gym in Schenectady, New York said this is temporary you can cancel any time you would like. I went there maybe 5 times and felt It was not suited for me. I called them and said I am canceling my gym pass and do not want to continue with their services. Since that time they have harassed me sent me emails, text messages, phone calls saying i owe them money and it has not stopped. This has gone on for about almost a year now since I called and emailed them that I am not a member of this gym. I would like to file a complaint against this company in its entirety. They are relentless and saying I owe them money. I do not and have not been at that gym since I told them.
