I bought the machine I January 2022. Around March the spin dryer had torn into the drum of the washing side. I went to the store notify them about the machine. They sent a technicia for inspection. They called me after a week or two to tell me that, according to the report they received, the machine is damaged due to my negligence. They refuse to give me my money back or a new machine and the 1 year quarantee has not yet expired
