I purchased online battery for HP Spectre x360 13 Convertible (HP BO-HP-[protected]) as advertised on BatteryUpgrade on 22 of August 2022. That information turned out to be erroneous and the received battery was not compatible with the laptop. BatteryUpgrade suggested to exchange the battery to the correct type HP BO-HP-PK03XL battery for additional cost, however they did not provide an acceptable offer to cover the return shipment cost despite European Customers Purchase Directive article 3 nr. 3 which states that in case of delivering a deficient product the seller has to exchange it or make it right for no extra cost and disadvantage for the customer. BatteryUpgrade proposed to pay maximum 10 EURO for the return shipment which in reality costs 38 EURO for a package with tracking. Package with tracking would allow me to apply for return of customs clearance (of 45 EURO) which was not included in the final price shown in the online BatteryUpgrade shop. All this information has been communicated towards BatteryUpgrade customer support. They denied any help except extra 8 EURO for return by regular mail, since that was the cheapest option. I had to send the package in return by regular mail to reduce my losses. The package was sent on 1st of October with included number RMA:[protected] as required by BatteryUpgrade. Since then, there is a radio silence. I did not receive refund neither for the battery (1115.40 NOK) nor for the shipment cost (168 NOK). Mail sent to [protected]@batteryupgrade.no returned by server as Undelivered with justification that e-post system of the receiver denies to accept connection from my e-post system. I tried to send email from several mail addresses with the same result. No contact telephone number can be found on BatteryUpgrade site. My total loss in this case is 1733 NOK.
Desired outcome: Please refund cost of the battery and reutrn shipment
