Dear Mr. or Mrs. at Customer Services Division of Santander Bank in the UK,
To find my account in Santander Bank or Cater Allen needed an official investigation by the agency. It should provide direct information Cater Allen Bank to me regarding my account at Cater Allen. When Cater Allen is unwilling to give information about my account does not mean Cater Allen Bank not transparent in providing information. I have reported this matter to the Metropolitan Police in London but the Metropolitan Police in London are not willing to help me. Information Section at the BoE ( Bank of England ) has concluded " that this is a scam", I do not understand what is meant by " this is a scam". But the events that actually I was given a fake bank's report by Claims Agent of Shell Petroleum Lottery Board and Lotto Board.
Metropolitan Police in London are not willing to help me and do not want to catch criminals who have committed fraud to me. Statements and attitudes Officer of Metropolitan Police in London is not true and I can conclude that the Police suspected members involved in this case and I will report to the MPA ( Metropolitan Police Authority ) and the IPCC and I have told some Law Office in the UK to help me. I suspect The Complaints Commissioner of FOS ( Financial Ombudsman Service ) is also involved on this case because it is not willing to send the Complaint Form and not willing to assist Police investigation duties. This case is a case of legal issues and not a case of political problems.
I have asked International Police for the handling of this case, because the request this case be handled by Police is the Cater Allen Private Bank, the impact of this case is the decline in prices - which resulted in falling stock prices ( Stock Index in several countries ), perhaps my money played in the capital markets. When I pulled all the prize money will result in a decline in Index stocks in several countries. I will give a wise attitude on this issue with the way I would pull my money little by little to prevent loss of Shareholders, Banks and Securities. Santander Bank will pay my lottery prize money without an intermediary of Third Parties. I have requested that Santander Bank sends the package delivery to my mailing address with addresses in the Indonesia's Language ( Indonesian ), namely Jalan Pahlawan GG. Pahlawan 2 No. 9 RT. 002 RW. 008, Kelurahan Empang, Kecamatan Bogor Selatan, Kota Bogor, Propinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia, Kode Pos : 16132, Full Name of Beneficiary Package : Antonius Suderadjat. Dated 23 November 2011 I got an email from Mr. or Mrs. at at CSR ( Customer Relations Officer ) of Santander Bank in the UK if my account can not be found in the Santander Bank. My account maybe take the name of the company and did not use my name and the amount of money I might receive in large enough quantities denominated in pounds sterling. When I have opened a current account at Santander Bank and the prize money has been transferred to the current account on my behalf, the possibility of my account can be found.
