Baileys Concrete and Masonry review: Concrete 1

On March 29 Adam Bailey came out to give me a bid on replacing some concrete in my driveway said he could do it on May 22/23 I agreed to the proposal and he asked for $1700 down and final payment when work was complete. The date came and went and no work done he called me the next week and said he was running a couple of days behind I told him to come out as soon as he can 9 days later he calls me said he needs another $800 wants me to send him more money thru PayPal and I said no he would have to complete the job before I make the final payment for what was owed on the original proposal. Ive called many times trying to get a date he's going to do the job. Gives me a day when he's going to do the concrete and he doesn't show up. Then he asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes he keeps telling he will meet me give me the money and gives me the run around why he cant meet. Just want a refund for the money I gave him because he hasn't done any work from the proposal. I have a copy of the proposal
