Tabetha Ruhstorfer from Az Pomskies is a con artist. She came to me with a great business plan since she needed someone who knew how to do artificial inseminations on her dogs because she has a huge waiting list and supposedly stopped working with her previous partners because they were unethical. I later learned that they had done everything to create her 1st and only litter of pomskies at the time and then they stopped working with her because she was lying to her customers. Because i trusted her stories I went ahead and fronted the costs in breeding her dogs and as soon as there were puppies born she broke all agreements and is not talking to me. I am owed my fee's for providing ai services to Az Pomskies and providing my studs. She also got a pom at half price under the agreement that she advertise that she got him from me and she is not doing that either. I know for a fact that she has taken more deposits than what she can fill on her own with 2 female dogs and a very limited knoweledge of breeding dogs of any kind. She bred one of her dogs before it was even one year of age and bragged about how tiny she was. She also sold a puppy with the claims of sending dna proof it was a pomsky only for the new owner to dna test it when the proof never came and Az Pomskies ignored all her calls and emails to find out it was actually a husky malamute mix. Tabetha of Az Pomskies then told the customer she would refund the money after she signed a gag order to not dirty her name. She also doesn't keep to her waiting list. She will bump celebrities up above people who paid months ago. She will also claim she is keeping a puppy and sell it to other people. One woman gave her a deposit and she claimed it got sick but really sold it to someone else and when she got caught she told her if she wanted her deposit back she had to sign a an agreement not to talk about her bad experience with Az Pomskies. She also recently had a litter of all males and has been lying saying there was a female in the litter that she is keeping. I can only imagine why she is telling people that. Do not work with this woman. Do not give her money and do not believe a word that she says. She has already conned countless people, myself included. I am sharing my story hoping to help her future marks.

It really sounds like someone is jealous and has way too much time on their hands. By the way you should always rescue a dog anyways! You yourself need to stop breeding and adding to this population of dogs that are killed everyday!
I also wanted to add when talking to me and pointing this site out to me, she is most disappointed with you bringing her child into this. especially after the year due to your own child her daughter and other relative have had a hard year. She claimed she would have left you alone and not spilled a word had you done right. If this is not down I will be writing my own review on you and your kennel and how what took place while you were studding out your dog at your own facility. No one will want to do business with you when they find out exactly what happened I advise you take this down
I am Tab's friend first I am going to start with Miss Baran. I have heard the story and know Tab does have hard evidence that you are lying and claimed breech of contract for her not paying you before she even got paid. Your lawyer will acknowledge that when taken to court, he has to by law if it is brought up. One can't pay you until their paid, it is a very logical thing. Next I know she has proof she tried to pay you but you just kept getting more greedy until it bit you in the butt.
I also think you have some serious stones to even try to slander Tab since she has been kind enough to sweep your dirty laundry under the bridge and not mention your childs behavior which is very important because after what your child has done can you blame her for not wanting to work with you? I advise you take it down because you have no regard for one's private life, nor do I for yours and I have no issue compaigning for her. I will even personally leave my email when I do because I do not mind dancing with you all night to help my friend.
Then Mrs. Davis we all know who Tab really was in high school, a very well liked person. Who most guys wanted to get with just your son. Your personal agenda does not belong here. Nor will your employer like to see what you have done to prior students of their school. All someone has to do is report you are cyber bullying one. Remember Mrs Davis it takes two to tango, Tab did not knock herself up.
I wanted to add as I forgot Patricia Baran in part of the documents handed over to me that I will post later includes pictures of your facebook selling these false pomsky dogs. It also includes a shipping slip from the air port to this person with your information on it. Also fortunately for myself if I need proof of character the AZ Pomskies was able to track one other person you sold the dogs to locally and they claim to have never seen the AZ Pomskies breeder. I met them in person, I have an abundant amount of information, you are not getting away with putting minors information on the net. I also am flying AZ Pomskies out here personally for the court date if this is not taken off right now. I also know their talking about sueing you as well and my lawyer has offered to take their case because it is that good. This is serious business slandering people.
Patricia Baran you will take this down immedietly. I have contacted AZ Pomskies to get your information MyKayla AKA Kayla Skinner is my daughter and I will not have my childs name be thrown around like this. I have seen the court documents and have sent them to my lawyer. I know that in aside to this mess you were offered to be paid, I have proof and have made copies of everything to turn into my lawyer.
I am not as nice as the breeder you are picking on who is legit and has real clients who are happy to tell others about her great service.
My lawyer has advised for my case I not share the paperwork just yet but when we are done in court I will. There are many papers where the breeder tries to pay this breeder. even at one point the breeder asks for more than their due and the az pomskies breeder tries to pay it. then this private breeder also known as winchester poms gets greedy and asks for more money then due. when both lawyers have a copy in Patricias own words/email what she is due.
Patricia Baran refused to take any money because she knew she would have to admit she was a liar.
I also know about what your daughter did to two other children and that's real reason you are upset, I have the detectives number and case number as well. But don't you worry I would never endanger your child as you have so fruitlessly done to others. all of this has been given to my lawyer and if this page is not taken down with my daughters information I will be pressing slander charges, defamation to include bullying of a minor! Not to mention she is a world known gymnast, not only will her fans be outraged, possibly talked about on national tv if you want that kind of publicity, but also the gymnastics organization for the U ited States will get involved! This is very serious and much more than you are ready for. You will also be getting an injunction soon from the police on my daughters behalf.
So let me get this straight now people are attacking someone's daughter. WOW that is total B.S this is a complaints site not a personal bash hay day. You should never bring in a child.

First she wants to homeschool her kids, then she joins the Army, then she decides to be a wedding planner, then starting a daycare, and now this! You have got to be kidding me! I have all my paperwork & emails from tabetha. I have no reason to lie. As for the list of names with the exact number i got that from her past partners all of them. Look all I careabout is that I didnt get a dog or my money & I can prove all that. Husky love or petemoss you are welcome to contact me. The paperwork that was supposed to come from her lawyer & did not it was drawn up by tabetha & her x partner. Specifically requested her lawyer do it. Would yuou like to see those emails Pete. Also & I quote" No slanderous or negative comments are permitted by either party including but not resricted to verbal, written, social networking and /or any other public means of communication" Per my lawyer that is excatly the same as a gag order. Also & I quote again" If I did not agree to her term by 8/13/2012 I forfeit my deposit & seller will make three attempts to fullfil the buyers pomskie order" well that never happened & she never tried since new people just got a dog & I still do nto have one. Would it really have been so hard for her to honor our contract or just refund my deposit with out telling me what I can or cant do? If it happened to any of you, you would be pissed to. Lies! This person use to watch my child for starters. I did a background check myself. This person you are writing such bad things about is a great person. This review is nothing but lies! People can pay to do a background check themselves and will see it is a lie.
Yeah, I know this lady as well but I have nothing but great things to say. She use to watch my child and she was wonderful. I did a background check on her too before I let her watch my kid. She is the sweetest person you will ever meet. Shame Shame Shame on you for writing such lies about someone like this. I will write anyone who wants to know the truth about this woman. I looked this person up under criminal files, there is nothing. These are all lies, then it gets worse with this Cheryl lady who by the way is in cahoots with this PCA people. She posts their same crap everywhere. I would have offered to help if there was any truth but all I could find on this woman who had not even a traffic ticket, was a secret clearance! If this person is military or veteran you better hope your lucky stars they do not see this as their legal will take you to the cleaners. Military does not take people messing with their brave men and women very well!

It is all a lie people we looked up this person as we have access to criminal files, we are a P.I. This is all bull crap and believe me if this person screwed that many people we would know, there would be reports. Thanks Miss Cheryl I followed your link here. Here is the thing I do not like hybrid breeders one bit but a person with no bad reports or criminal record does not deserve this one bit. Get a day job people! You should spend your time reporting real problems not drama. Huskies are a beautiful breed leave them alone please!
That is crap Miss Cheryl. I have seen the letter you were asked to sign, it said you could have your deposit back and you were not to slander. If what you said was true then you would have signed it and known it was not slander. YET ANOTHER LIAR. Not to mention I am pretty sure you are now posting this ladys crap for her all over the internet as we've seen in many times now. So, please stop lying to everyone, you are very much involved with APEX and PCA members. We asked to see this gag letter because we did not want to do business with someone if they wrote something like that and so we were showed. Like I said if you thought it was all true and not slander you would have signed and taken your 200 back! But you did not.
For the record we have had a great time with this breeder and these people are now contacting anyone who likes or comments on her page, it is annoying and alarming. Yes, I said alarming! Who does that crap but people who are off their rocker?
I am not a pomsky breeder or a pom breeder or a breeder of any kind. I was scammed by AZ Pomskies. I was the very first person to ever give her a deposit Jan 2011 and never got a dog or my money back.She had told me my dog was sick from eating her floor. Then I saw my dog on FB on anther breeders page. She admitted she lied in her emails & phone call with me. I have all the emails & paperwork to prove this. this is not a smear campaign but a way of letting the public know. I do rescues and have for over 12 years. I love all dogs but I am against anyone taking advantage of people who are trusting. I am not affiliated with Apex pomskies in any way. Yes there is a lawsuit against AZ Pomskies and yes it has been reported to the FBI to look into her dealings. She wanted me to sign a gag order to get my money back. Per my lawyers she could not require that. There is no falsification here & I have all the paperwork to indeed prove the allegations being made. Again I am not any kind of a breeder just someone who was taken by this Tabitha woman along with the many others that are coming forward. If anyone wants proof please let me know & I will supply it. But as for not telling the public I will & I hope others will so no one loses money to her. Obviously my name is on here in an email so I am not afraid to post my name as my items are factual with a paper trail so that is not slanderagain per my lawyers. If others had a good expeience with AZ Iam happy for them as for me I have no dog & no refund so please do not expect me to be happy about that. Funny part of all this is everyone is saying people are smearing tabitha but hose speaking ill of the other breeders are smearing their names also. My concern is for me & what I am owd by a written & signed contract by AZ Pomskies. I am trying to make people aware that buying from an unknown breeder is not always smart especially on an unproven breed. So shame on Tabetha at AZ for lying to me & not honoring her end of the contract & shame on me for allowing myself to get involved with something that as an animal rescuer I know better about.

I pick up my dog next week. Say whatever you want but I've called her vet and talked to her other clients too. She actually has a webpage for previous clients and those on waiting list to talk together and ask her questions. You should be ashamed of yourself. This woman even has photos of a walk with her son for autism and donated money from AZ Pomskies, they took pictures with her thank you letter! You are an evil woman to post such things about such a good person who goes out of her way. Now, that you have left her side maybe she needs to invest in another dog but that will not be hard, that is the only truth to your story! Guess what we all wanted the skinny on you and she won't even speak ill of people, she says she'd love to but then she'd be as low as you! Shame on you for putting up personal information too! Oh and I just want to say I waited five months for my dog but she told me ahead of time that would be the wait time. Then her vet who we spoke to has only good things to say about her and told us she even feeds them a hand made diet!
I noticed that you did not include your personal information on here as you did hers, shame on you. But rest asure you did use your own private facebook to spam our fan pages on facebook. You need to stop as the breeding community has taken note and the only one you are making look bad is you. No good breeder would write or posts such stuff no matter how they felt and due to your childish nature most of us are taking this with a grain of salt!
