AutoApprove review: Refinancing auto loans

I applied for a loan to refinance my auto approx. 1 month ago. I was able at that time to sign the loan docs by DocuSign. I sent them back with requested copies of my auto insurance, driv. license and registration. That contract was rejected for I don't know what reasons. I've requested 10 times via vmails, phone calls, texts to Kari and Liam Bennett who were assigned to my loan. I needed them to send me the new documents VIA UPS. I could not open Docusign and when I did, it produced an error message stating I cannot open the document that was sent to me via Docusign. I kept telling Liam Bennett and Kari that I was unable to open the documents thru docusign. The calls I made kept getting sent to their vmails and I didn't get ANY callbacks from Kari, who promised me several times that she would handle this situation. Liam Bennett told me there is nothing else he can do for me. These people shoved me around from person to person, pulled my credit report on top of everything else and I still wasn't able to get the contract that was approved sent to me to sign. After one long month of going back and forth between these two people, I gave up finally. I had to seek another refinance company. I left a final message to liam bennett asking him if he treats all his customers this way and if so, their company would go down the tubes fast. No one has called me back at all to date. I recommend that anyone use another loan refinance company and not to be treated as a useless commodity. What do they do if someone doesn't have a computer or docusign? How hard would it have been to have the loan documents mailed to me? Unbelievable! Don't go to these people and don't use liam or kari to "help" you.
