Auto Trimmers Custom Wrap review: Wrap

First Justin the owner lost/misplaced my paperwork so he felt rushed when we called him a month later to figure out what was going on and when my car was going into the shop. I paid for a custom wrap and what I got was a bunch of stickers randomly placed all over my car. In places that were not even talked about. Had to bring it back and they removed all of the random stickers. They said they would sand the hood before doing the wrap and that didn’t get done. Brought it back for a custom design I made and again ended up with all kinds of stickers all over my car, nothing lined up, they placed stickers on top of my other wrap I had no issues with. They used a different style/ color for the ones they added on so nothing matched up when they said it would. Non of the new stickers match up to the older wrap. You can clearly see the original pain on the car and you shouldn’t be able too. I sent the owner a message and he informed me he did the job and he was done with me. I asked for the wrap to be redone so it was one wrap and not a bunch of stickers or my money back so I can bring my services to a company that can do the wrap and do it correctly. No communication he just placed all kinds of random stickers on my car without asking what I thought first. Very unprofessional and when you would bring it up to him he would go into defense mode and blame the customer for everything when it was him who didn’t follow through. I paid him $1067 for a bunch of stickers and not a wrap job. I’m mad and want my money back.
