Authors Tranquility Press never provided me with an accounting for their expenditures or a budget so that I could see how much they were going to be billing me in total and I repeatedly requested both. They clearly did not want to disclose that half of my funds were going to Unfulfilled Services. Authors Tranquility Press has effectively double charged for the services they provided to me and they have wasted a substantial amount of my time and effort.
Claimed loss: An amount exceeding the $200K they charged me for their poor work.
Desired outcome: I want the entire $200K taken from me and I wish to terminate any further work on my behalf or my books behalf by Authors Tranquility Press with unrestricted use of my book returned immediately to me
