Again, always call the company and email them first so that you can actually CONTACT them for their product they're selling.

Best regards,

David

I've never had this happen to me. I look up the number [protected] and I got this complaint board. Minutes ago I just cancelled my debit card and reported a fake transaction. I feel so stupid. I purchased Rhino 4.0 and the same thing happened. I was all excited and then saw the email address and worse, the phone number. 999 is fake, never, EVER think that it isn't. They charged my debit card and said that the product was from Greatearthsorftware.com Russia. I finally figured out I was never getting my product, so I called my bank and I hope I get my money back. Please, to everyone else out there buying stuff from online, from now on make sure you can actually CALL AND EMAIL the company you are purchasing product from. I feel stupid and I feel bad for anyone else this has happened to. Good luck in future purchases!

I should not have believed the half price on a Rosetta stone CD set! Visa card charged but, of course, no CDs arrived! FRAUD!

i too tried to purchase Microsoft Picture It Premium 10 on Dec. 1, 2010 from a website called www.microsoft-web.net. I was foolish and tried to make the purchase twice, actually, since the first program download was never delivered. The first purchase came through on my visa statement as: PROGRAMTERMINAL.COM. The second purchase came through on my statement as: SOFTWAREENDS.COM. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges. MAJOR FRAUD - WATCH OUT!

It happend to me as well. I ordered Adobe 7 from adobepromo.com. They charged my debit card on September 10, 2010. I never got a email confirmation or log in information. NOTHING! Tried emailing them...never got an email back. Looked on my bank statement and saw that kindproduct.com charged my card. Go to their website and the contact number is: [protected]. Can we say FAKE!?!? I finally called my bank today and filed a claim. I should have just used a website that I trust!

The same thing happened to me and I had to file a claim with my bank. Beware of this site they advertise Microsoft Products at a cheap price and turn around and take your money and send you to an Error Page after the transaction. And have fun trying to get a hold of them by e-mail because they will not respond.

The same thing happened to me. After making my decision to purchase Adobe Acrobat 8 from adobeabodes.com they promptly charged my credit card and sent confirmation of my purchase through Kindproducts.com that was on September 7, 2010. To date I have not received my link for downloading the software I purchased. Numerous emails to their customer support has gone unanswered and even worse, came back as undeliverable. I am left with no choice but to contact my bank and inform them of their inability to deliver...I would not trust making any purchase through this company.
