DO NOT believe the "good reviews" for these hearing aids, because THEY ARE ALL PAID FOR!
Audien sends people emails ASKING FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS IN EXCHANGE FOR 50% OFF OR FREE HEARING AIDS IN THE FUTURE!
Audien hearing aids DO NOT WORK AT ALL! I purchased a pair in March 2023 for my partner. When they arrived, they seemed to work well...FOR A WEEK! After that, ONLY ONE WORKED. I called and explained the issue to them, they OFFERED ME A MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN FOR THEIR INSURANCE ON THE HEARING AIDS. I agreed, they told me they would send a replacement. It took three weeks to a month before the single unit arrived.
When it arrived, it worked for ONLY A FEW DAYS!
I called back AGAIN to explain I had no idea if the non-working unit was from the original pair or it was the replacement they sent. They told me they would send another one.
They sent out YET ANOTHER ONE...IT TOOK AN ENTIRE MONTH TO RECEIVE!
It worked for about A WEEK before BOTH STOPPED WORKING ALTOGETHER!
I've emailed them, to no avail, SEVERAL times.
I've called them and was left on hold for MORE THAN AN HOUR AND A HALF. I called again and was HUNG UP ON TWICE! Today, a young woman told me "What you are NOT gonna do is demand a refund and you NEED TO LOWER YOUR VOICE WHEN SPEAKING TO ME. NO, we will NOT refund you because you have 45 days to return them for a refund and you are past this."
OF COURSE WE ARE WHEN I HAD TO WAIT TWO MONTHS TO RECEIVE REPLACEMENTS---TWICE!
Their customer service members are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, INEFFICIENT, PEOPLE AND THEIR PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK!
They've texted AND emailed me multiple times WHILE THEIR PRODUCTS WERE NOT WORKING---BEGGING ME FOR REVIEWS ON THEIR PRODUCTS FOR DISCOUNTS OR FREE HEARING AIDS. I have saved ALL OF THESE MESSAGES, TOO!
Meanwhile, they are constantly hitting my bank account for their monthly fee for their insurance plan.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, DUPLICITOUS COMPANY WITH GARBAGE PRODUCTS!
Desired outcome: Refund.
