LiquorLand Australia - Unethical behaviour

My adult daughter and I entered a Liquorland store in Bowral NSW on the 29th May 2020. The manager of the store acknowledged my daughter upon entry with a smile (smirk) and carried on serving customers at the register. My daughter was wearing her school uniform as we were on our way home from school pick up. We selected a bottle of wine and entered a que at least ten people deep. The manager waited until we reached the register and then violently thrust her hand in our faces, telling us "I'm stopping you there". She told us to hand over the bottle of wine and leave as my daughter was in school uniform. My daughter wasn't purchasing the wine, I was, but she ranted and raved and belittled us in front of many customers. She told us to leave the store and that we were banned for a minimum of 18 hours. She would not let me purchase the wine even though I was independent of my daughter. We are both over the age of 18, therefore I am not a "responsible adult" in this situation yet I was refused service as well. This store manager manager was rude and disgusting, and in fact, we had witnessed her being disgustingly rude to customers in the que ahead of us. There is no signage in this store to indicate that someone in school uniform cannot be served. The manager ranted on and yelled at us about it being "law" that people in school uniforms can't be served. I do not believe that this is the case, and rather, that it is an internal decision/policy of the company. If it is, then this should be clearly displayed at the entry to the store. Liquorland needs to take responsibility for it's internal policies and advise customers accordingly. Liquorland should also ensure that they employ staff that are not abusive to customers. My daughter and I had no idea that we were breaching any "rules" as there are no rules displayed.
