Sent my new laptop in for a tune-up / repair oct 14th 2021. After waiting a month and a half it was allegedly delivered to my door via FedEx December 19th 2021 if my memory serves me right. I never received my new Asus ZenBook pro duo (1700$).

I will be filing a complaint against fed ex as well. My main argument is I sent Asus my product via fed ex and I never received it back. Also as far fed ex delivery options I put "SIGN FOR DELIVERY". As in if no one is there to sign for it then they leave a "sorry we missed you sticky note on the door" (at least in my experience. I make sure all my deliveries that involves expensive property to be signed for so situations like this are prevented to begin with...

Idk if a porch pirate got it heck idk if it was actually even delivered. I wasn't even given proof of the photo they usually take when they make the delivery. Even so that's irrelevant because I never received my property... Heres What facts/info I do know is that the driver/delivery person forged my signature. I live alone and I sure didn't sign for it. The signature is Different handwriting from mine and they didn't even spell my last name right! Asus requested a copy of my license (assuming to compare signatures) to which I gladly complied. That netted zero results obviously because after months of waiting and 38 emailsb back and forth and countless hours of my time it came down to, sorry FedEx denied your claim your S.O. O. L in other terms. This is when Asus should take the initiative and make what's right right. Or at least make FedEx or vice versa idk. All I know is I'm out 1700$ bucks and my work laptop which is my bread winner. Thanks Asus and FedEx!
