I ordered a patio table July 3, 2020 for my daughter, with along some patio chairs. I received the email that the chairs were no longer available. But table was being shipped. I received the table July 9, 2020. I knew I no longer wanted the table, due to the chairs being discontinued. So on July 16, 2020 I called 1866-436-3393 and left a message for a call back, that never happen. One July 29, 2020 at 0730 am I called the same number and got Lashaun, she stated that she would help me, as she asked several questions, she stated she will be getting the package ready for pickup. Then I said, Hello, Hello, Hello..No one on the phone. I called back at 0816 am talked to Jessica, I told her the situation and she stated the return was put in but I am responsible for getting the package back to them if I want reimbursement. Jessica, stated you can use any carrier. I thought about it and notice I didn't ask for the zip code or weight of the package. So I called back 0834 am, them Margie answered, I explained the situation and asked her for the zip code and weigh of the package. Margie, refused to give any information on this return and stated that I had to send it pack through UPS only or I would not get refunded. She was rude, disrespectful and mean. I will never ever purchase anything from Ashley Furniture online or in store. I also found out that the in stores will not help with the online orders.
