The company represents itself as a Sales Development Rep as a Service (SDRaaS). They advertise that they will get you 3-6 sales appointments per month and that their services will pay for itself with all the business they will drive. However, their terms and conditions are loose, month to month, satisfaction guarantees that they wont actually stand by. At the end of the day, their loose T&C's only state that they will simply call 500 contacts for you in exchange for $3,750 to $4,750 per month. At the end of the day they only suggest that you may obtain 5 sales per year. Thats less than one deal per month because if they only promise 5 leads then the avg closing rate is 20-25% then you will be lucky to close one per month or zero in some months. On an annual retainer of $45,000, you will need to obtain a significant amount of MRR per deal closed to pay that back out of profits. This means you need at least a MRR of $7,500 per month per client. If your contracts are smaller than it might be tough to pay back, Sales in today's world takes more than just calling contacts cold and asking them to jump on another call with you. Your calling people out of the blue who don't want to be pestered. Companies dislike telemarketers pestering them. There are many forms of advertising that are far more cost effective and will actually engage with people who are prepositioned to want you service when they come across the right advertisement speaking to them about the problem you solve!
