RE: Auto Loan for my New Toyota Venza

In July 2022 I bought a new Toyota Venza I been buying Toyota for years. When I got my new vehicle, I was told my payments at 703.? I was okay with the payment. I was told I will get all the information from my new financial company.

I waited and waited August 14 came around and I started calling around. I finally got in contact with Arizona Credit Union, and I was told my payment is past due of the bat. (The customer service was awful). I immediately in return started to treat Arizona Credit Union with rudeness. I told the lady I have not receive nothing of my payments. She kept telling me to be nice and she would explain. I was nice from the beginning. I told her to listen to me. I told her I have NOT receive anything. I am the one that did all the research to get to Arizona Credit Union. And its about the time a payment needed to be done. I was told my welcome package was received twice. I ask why no one has reach out, phone, text or email.

She told me she will resend the welcome package. I told I can’t wait I needed to make a payment that was more important to me due to my credit. She told me she will write it in the notes and I would NOT be charge any late fee due to the wrong address the welcome package sent to.

I still did not feel right not making a payment. I call Arizona Credit Union again later in the day. I got Taylor with Show Low, I explain what was going on. I told I needed to get this payment in. I told I can’t wait. She helped me with the checking account set up. She the one that gave me MY ACCOUNT number. She walked me through. After that I posted my payment of 800.00 dollars. I always try to pay more on my accounts. This is the reason why I paid 100.oo dollars more. When I tried posted the payment, it would let me post for that same day. It gave me a date until the following Monday. I new by than I would be way late of my payment. I call Taylor back with Show Low she said that is how the system is set up and can’t do anything about it. She reassured me again that I would NOT be charge the LATE FEE, that it is in the notes.

I waited the following week. My money was still there by Friday, I was trying to call the 1800 number leaving a call back number. No calls return. I left it along, the next day on Saturday Rose me saying I’m past due on my account and how I should pay. I was upset with her. I told her I made the payment. And I been waiting for it to come out of my account. I told her why not one has email, text or call me all week. She just said, ‘ I will let my boss know and he will call you”. I never got a call back. I finally took a day off and drove 3 hours to Flagstaff, Arizona to Arizona Credit Union and the lady there finally help me. I told I am getting know where over the phone. Her operator No # 432, I walk in with 800.00 cash on 8/30/22 transaction time was posted at 9:44:33. I ask if I was going to be charge late fee. She still charged me 10.00 dollars. Which I was NOT in agreement with.

So, I am still trying to call the solution center to this day to get help on my payment online. NO respond. I get put on hold 20 to 30 minutes. Which is ridiculous.

Wednesday, September 7, 2022 I receive a letter from Arizona Credit Union, it was a late fee notice of 23.61. I thought I pay 100.00 more why am I being charged 23.61. After holding on for about 48 minutes I finally got through and the lady just puts me on hold and another lady comes on. Her name is Julie and I told her I got a letter, a Late Fee Notice. I told her I had paid 100.00 more last month. I told I been having issues working with Arizona Credit Union. She told me to calm down and I told her how can I calm down I have another payment due next week and I’m still having issues with the company.

She told me my payments are 803.00. I told her my payments are lower. She then tells me due to my insurance, that it does not meet PROOF of Insurance policy. I told her I had a lady take all my information on my insurance. Why did she NOT go over this with me. I am more frustrated with Arizona Credit by now.

I feel like I am the one calling, being put on hold. Trying to fix things. When I should be call, email, text something to avoid all this mess from the beginning.

I told Julie I am frustrated with the way things are going for me with her company.

I ask if I am still going to be charge a late fee. She did NOT know, again she tells me another department handles that. How many departments do I have to go through to get my answer all at once.

I need to know if I am going to be charge a late fee after all this, if this reflects my first payment credit? How do I get accurate customer service?

I always heard of AzCredit on commercial. Today it does not sound all that great. I hope you all change my thought about AZCREDIT.

I just want to make my payments the easiest and fastest way. I am in the process of talking with my insurance as I am finishing this letter.

I hope to get some type of feedback from AZCREDIT management department.
