I ordered clothing from Anthony Richards apparel and didn't realize for over a year that I have been charged $29.99 a month for Passport to Health - a product I never ordered. I am 89 years old and am on Medicare and have no need for extra insurance. I have been charged $397.82 since August of 2009. Please have this company reimburse me for the charges that have occured since August of 2009.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I totally agree, we noticed that they were taking $29.99 out every month for some kind of Insurance. Which we did not ask for. We canceld it, and are getting all of our money back. All my wife ordered was some clothes from AMK Anthony Richards. By all means if this has happened to you, by all means call them.
I discovered that for 8 months AMK * EZLANTHONYRICHARDS being taken from my bank account the sum of $ 24.99 for something I never ordered. All I ordered was a piece of clothing for my wife to U $ 37.97 which I pay with ATM card.
I suggest that they return the money they have taken from my account.
I just found out this company has been stealing from my mother because she ordered a pair of pants to were to my grandmothers funeral. For the past 7 months they have been charging her 24.99 plus 3.99 after she placed one order with her ATM card. They need to refund her $178.92 and stop stealing from people.
I too have been being billed 14.95 monthly, and am quite angry about it. I guess they charge for a membership, which I did not want. I just called and told them I want it cancelled.
