To whom it may concern,

My name is Karmenieta Edie-Hoessein.

First of all, I wanted you to know, I'm absolutely disappointed in your service. I'm a customer, I pay you a monthly fee for services regarding my home. I make m service appointment online. You assign a business to my order. The merchant take 4 days to diagnose the problem, and of course to tell you that your air-condition is defective, even though my AC is 6 years old. Last year they said my coil was leaking, so they put in the diagnosis to the AHS, you fill in the order with out a second opinion. Meanwhile this my home and I know how old my air-condition is, and my appliances for that matter. Two years ago, COMFORT PRO INC, came to my residence, for the same issue, my AC, was not cooling. We paid approximately $300.00 for the freon. Ok, then it was the coil in 2021, diagnose by another company. on April 29, I requested service again for my AC, comfort pro was assign to the order. It took them two days to contact me in order to set an appointment, for May 4th. The Technician, came, without even opening the unit, he said the filter is leaking. I asked how he knows, he has not even opened the unit. He proceeded to tell me, how to unit is old, this needs to be replaced and that needs to replaced. So with all that, he opened the unit, and said the filter needs to be replaced and something else needs to be replaced. We went back and forth, he reduced to put in FREON, because he already made up his mind that the it is a waste. So I'm still with no AC, its 1:53 am, in Tampa Florida, and it is 83 degrees in my condo. I was informed that the order will have to be approved by AHS, then it goes back to Comfort Pro, then they order the part and make an appointment to install it. In the meantime, no one gives a hoot about the discomfort of the customer. SO from the time I request the service, to the time it actually will be completed, it will me almost two weeks. Tell me, I pay AHS, every month to secure my belongings. I trust you to take care of my personal belongings, when it is needed. I'm YOUR CUSTOMER! Where is the promise you made to me, to protect your customer! You have it right here in writing, the promises you make to your customer:

How are you on my side? You are sleeping comfort, American Pro is sleeping in comfort, the Technician is sleeping in comfort! What about your Customer! I, your customer is suffering, I has to go to work, I'm not able to sleep, it is 83 degree in my condo, I called the customer line, got angry at the agent, which is not her fault! She has to do her job, though she is not able to do anything for me at this point! Who will restore my life back to normal! Who will reimburse me for my discomfort. This is my home!

This is regarding the complaint I just submitted a few minutes ago. My home address is visible, please remove that information. And the company I'm complaining about is America Home Shield.
