Aluthgama Cargills review: Customer service

This morning (28/03/2022), I entered to Aluthgama Cargills (near police Station) by 7.03Am. Wanted to buy something and went through the shelves. I got hit by an empty tray kept on floor by your staff. I asked why you guys kept the empty one on floor disturbing the customer way. They just smiled. Is that the way of responding the customer's matter. The lady who kept the tray on floor was telling that they are still working with items, but no "excuse me".

When I entered to Cargills, the notice was hanging saying "Closed" and just I entered they made it "Open"

when I reached counter, all the counters were not live, no one was to do the cashiering. I asked loud no one here! Then one lady came entered my bill, they ran inside with my money 500Rs, came to cashier back late, and gave me the balance and POS bill.

This is the disciplined way they treat the customer and is it good for your reputation? Who will care if someone is fallen due to the tray on the flow?

They work like puppets and no care on customer and no time management, all item boxes such like rice,... were empty, not filled. couple of working ladies talking in the backside next to fresh meat area.

With this worse experience, I came out.
