I ordered 2 Patio doors to the value of R46540.00 and paid a deposit of 50% to Ishaan Haripersad of Thrill Holding trading as Aluminate on the 30 April 2021. Normal delivery is 10 days, however I ordered special double glazed glass, therefore an extra 10 days was required. After several requests was made for an update on the progress and being fed with lies and excuses of further delays, I visited the factory on the 9th June only to be told that the frames was sent to the glass manufacturer for fitment and they will be at my premises the next day - 11 June 2021 for fitment. Friday morning I get another excuse that the there was a further delay with the glass supplier. I requested for the glass supplier to call me to verify this, but I did not receive any calls. I suspected some dishonest business and immediately asked for the order to be cancelled and my deposit to be refunded. Ishaan starts another set of lies and excuses is now unable to pay back my deposit saying that he is waiting for the supplier to credit him only then will he be able to refund my deposit by late that same Friday or Monday 13th June 2021. Monday arrives, more lies and excuses and no refund is paid to me. Tuesday I am being told that his business has cashflow problems and he needs until the end of the week for monies to come in from other projects in order for the refund to be paid. I will wait to see if he lives up to this and will further report if he was able to live up to his commitment. It is really upsetting that we honest people work hard for our money and we have unethical people like this that can lie, steal and cheat from you.

Desired outcome: Require my deposit to be paid back
