Alpha Deal Fit 844 review: Didn’t order anything

I was charged $1.95 and then $99.95. Don’t know what for and it says charged September 19 and September 21. On bank account it says Alpha Deal fit 844 so I assume that’s the company. Then while I was trying to get immediate help — they tried to charge me $49.95 to sign up for help then they continue by telling you after each question they charge at their discretion. Also one box popped up and says my order is delayed but the order number is 2EE1C54BB3 and ordered on August 16, 2022. Also something at bottom of page says beneficiantled.com

I don’t know what any of this means and I only order from 3 places and they are secure. I have military security on computer so everything I do is recorded so I know I didn’t order and I also use a military bank for security.
