I had flooring installed in my home, the flooring was manufactured by ALLOC. The lamination began to chip off in all areas of my floor (livingroom, hallway), the lamination is lifting up in several areas on the floor. I contacted the above individual on the situation and he emailed me a form, a complaint form to fill out on Sept. of 09 I filled it out and sent labor bills and invoices as requested by ALLOC and I was never contacted by the company. Just recently on a daily basis I call and leave messages to please return my call and tell me the status of my claim and the company will not return my calls.

I had my floor installed 8 years ago and the all of a sudden it lifted for no reason at all. The company says it was water damage which is absolutely not true. The installer tried to repair and replace the damaged pieces and it is worse than it was before the repair. I now will have to contact an attorney in order settle this dispute. Their Lifetime warranty is a joke. Their representative’s job is obviously to deny the claim. I have over 2000.00 dollars in this floor and will be glad to pay the lawyer just to save someone else from ever suffering the grief that my wife and I have gone through. The company as far as I am concerned promotes false advertising by stating that it will last a lifetime, Their crooked representative’ show up to investigate the claim with the premeditated notion to deny the claim and that it is the customers fault. Never again will I buy anything that says Alloc flooring. They are a rip off, believe me!
