Tina Schultheis, a breeder, advertises her Mini-Sheepadoodle puppies on the website called Greenfield Puppies. Tina advertised two puppies that I was interested in which were Cutie Pie and Sally Sue for $1500 each. When I went to the breeder information located on the Greenfield Puppy website, there was a phone number to text the breeder, Tina. I texted Tina on 3/25/2020 that I was interested in Sally Sue. Tina replied to my text, on the same day and said that she had a litter 10 puppies and she would be posting pictures on her website (www.allstaracresoldenglishsheepdogs.com) and that the puppies would be 8 weeks on 3/28/2020. She also said that she would place the puppies on a first deposit basis and the deposit was $500. However, Tina's website said that she had a litter of 11 puppies for $1500 that would be ready to go home on 3/27/2020 and to bear with her as far as posting pictures of this litter. From 3/25/2020 through 3/26/2020 there were no pictures posted. I sent Tina a $500 deposit by PayPal on 3/26/2020. I never got a text back after I sent my deposit until I sent a text at 8:50 pm on 3/26/2020 asking what time we should come on 3/27 and what was the address. Tina finally responded with a text that said she would be texting everyone tomorrow (3/27) and that pick-up would be on 3/28. Today, 3/27/2020, I went on Tina's website at 10:30 am and there were pictures of two puppies for $1500 and pictures of 9 puppies for $2500! I had never received a text from Tina and and pictures of available puppies were advertised on her website. When I texted Tina that I was interested in Tiny Sadie (one of the puppies pictured for $2500) and that I was confused as to why the site had the price at $2500 when I was told $1500 and her website from 3/25-3/26 advertised 11 puppies for $1500, she told me there were two different litters. I asked if she wouldn't accept $1500 for Tiny Sadie and that I couldn't afford $2500. She said that she couldn't take $1500 because the litter was co-owned. Amazing how 2 puppies at $1500 and 9 puppies at $2500 adds up to 11 puppies! When I questioned Tina about why I only saw 2 out of 11 puppies on her website out of 11, she said that she had 2 more to post but the others were spoken for. I texted back and said how could the others be spoken for when the pictures were never posted of all 11? At this point, I told Tina how concerned I was about this process of requiring a non-refundable $500 deposit and never seeing the puppies I put the deposit on. Tina's next text was that she would refund my deposit. I have yet to see a deposit of $500 back in to my bank account by PayPal. I am also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. What's also interesting is that Cutie Pie, one of the other puppies that I was interested in, is still being advertised by Tina on the Greenfield Puppy website. Please don't purchase from this breeder because I've never had this experience before and wouldn't want someone else to go through it as well.

OK, if there are no problems!

I bought a puppy from Tina and paid $2,000 for the puppy in April of 2021. My mother had died the month before and I thought a puppy may brighten my life. Tina's puppies are beautiful, but you better pray the dog has no problems. There is a contract but it means absolutely nothing when the breeder (Tina) ignores your text messages.

After bringing home our puppy, I noticed she did not respond to noise. Our vet confirmed the hearing loss and said that dogs with blue eyes often have hearing loss. Immediately, I sent a text to Tina about our puppy's problem. Her text stated she was unaware of any problems but would look into it. Tina never responded after the initial text. I sent a second text to Tina about my puppy's problem but I did not request a refund or another puppy as the contract states. Instead, I requested help with training my deaf puppy. No refund, no new puppy, just help with training. Tina's answer? NOTHING-NO RESPONSE I sent a follow-up text, but again NO RESPONSE In May of 2021, I was diagnosed with cancer and have been going through chemo, radiation, and a stem cell transplant or I would have taken her to court. I still may!

I bought a beautiful puppy named belle from Tina two years ago in the month of April. She is now named Bonnie. I can’t say enough about Tina you can tell she cares a lot about her puppies and dogs. Any time I’ve had a question or concern she helped me through it. She has been nothing but kind and helpful to me, to see people leaving bad reviews because they didn’t get their way honestly breaks my heart. I recommend her to so many people because she is so good with her dogs and puppies. I still keep in contact with her, sending updated pictures and videos of my little Bonnie. My family and I couldn’t be any happier with our fur baby, she is so sweet and loving and very very intelligent!
