Get it in writing! They gave us a written estimate of products and services. That didn't matter. The serviceman came by the house and installed three things on the doors and windows! He begin to pack up. This was very unclear! We call the representative who sold us the system on the spot. He began to say a bunch of "nothings" out of his mouth. Very, very unhappy! They are liars! I was told it would be more money for the items on my estimate contract. Wow! I said no, no, no! I told him to take the equipment out of my house. After it was remove the nexts day, I received a denial letter from the credit bureaus, stating my application was denied! Really! How? I canceled them, they installed/uninstall the system. Confronted them about this underhanded attack and actions. They stated their contracts was sent out to seven loan companies. Wow! I will not let them get away with this matter. They had no resolutions! No customer service. The manager last name was
"I don't care about you"!

Desired outcome: Received letter of apology from the Company. Also, send a letter to the Credit Bureau and removed any and All negative remarks from my Credit report. I need a letter stating all equipment was received and services canceled.
