On 9/24/2022 was my first time on alibaba.com. I was seeking to buy a Sur Ron light bee. I came across a merchant selling a Sur Ron for 700.00 and 300.00 for shipping. This is the website: 2022 Original Sur Ron Light Bee X Powerful 5400w Dirt Ebike Adult Surron Electric Bicycle - Buy Electric Road Bike Product on Alibaba.com I communicated with the merchant via the Alibaba platform. The merchant did not accept Trade assurance or PayPal, he stated the Sur Ron was a promotional sale. The merchant name Brian Thomas stated he accepted cash app, Zelle, wire transfer among other payment methods. I proceeded to Zelle the merchant 1,000.00, payment detail [protected]@gmail.com name: Natasha Struchen. A day later I was texted a tracking number [protected] and a website to track my Sur Ron Smooth Logistics Inc (smoothlogsinc.com).

The next day the merchant informed me that the shipper required 1,000.00 fee for insurance to be delivered. I proceeded to Zelle 1,000.00, payment details [protected]@gmail.com, Name: Stephanye Floyd. The merchant then stated there was a HFM fee of 700.00 so, I proceeded to Zelle 700.00 to Stephanye Floyd. A few days later he contacted me through text stating custom duty of 500.00 is a shipping fee. The payment details kathleen.[protected]@gmail.com name: Kathleen Cook. The merchant told me the shipping date would be the next day at 12 noon. The Sur Ron never came at that time. The merchant stated there was a bill of landing fee. I decline to pay and ask for a refund. Soon after the merchant stopped communicating with me. I have never received my refund or product I requested.
