Hi my name is Patricia Yarboro I have tried sense June to get my problem fix but they want return my call they say their gong to call but they do not call. So here my problem I went to Affordable Dentures to get my dentures last year in September they made me some temporary teeth I when back every week I could not eat they hurt that. So they finally In January they said they would not work so they made a new pair and still had problem with after month they put a line in them they were good. In March they made my permanent for two month I went back every week to get them adjusted finally they said they would make a new pair in May when they do this they give you a warranty in they dont work you got 100 days to come back and they will fix they I try to wear them I could not eat they put sore in my mouth so I went back they adjust them. June I try call them I left message they did'nt return may call. For 2 weeks finally they call me and said they could'nt do anything about them the 100 day was not over. I call the number they give to complain they would callme back. All I want is some teeth that I can eat with and dont hurt. No one should have to go thoughsomething like this. They will not get back to me about refunding some of my money. They dismiss me because I complained about their work.

my name is Rhonda Keeling, I went to affordable dentures and implants in Camdenton mo, Jan 31st and back on feb 1st they could not make my teeth, so I asked for a refund, I had paid cash 3145.00 they said no problem they would have to keep the 55.00 for the doctor and could not give cash back but if I would give them my debit card they would refund it that way, I have the paper work the middle numbers xxxxxxx so they put the 3,90.00 in someone else's account can't find it, I have proof from my bank that it has never been deposited or even attempted to be deposited in my account, I was told by Robin that till they find it there is nothing she can do. I have called and begged for cooperates number the district managers number they refuse to give it to me. the numbers on the web page are no good you only get directed back to a dental office. as of today feb 27th 2024 Affordable Dentures and Implants has my money.

My name is Rick Dunn and I have had the misfortune of dealing with Stephen Bench. I went to get dentures at affordable dentures and found it out of business. No one would respond to my many calls for months. Finally I was contacted by Bench who told me he was going to upgrade my dentures that I had paid $1800 for with much better dentures. He is practicing in his home in Hinesburg VT. 426 place Rd. W. Hinesburg VT. 05461. I have personally been to his home on 3 different occasions and there is no visible attempt of sanitation. It has been since December 2021 and I still do not have my dentures. Bench has told me to POUND SAND and refuses to honor our contract. So I am out $1800 and not at all satisfied. I feel the A.D.A. should investigate this man. He is the least professional man I have had the misfortune to try to work with. I feel he should have his license revoked and get a job as a used car salesman.

I had a 9:00 appointment this morning May 22,2023 to finially get my dentures (permanent) after 12 months of going every 6 weeks to get them adjusted. I checked in at 8:48 early for my appointment. After sitting there for 2 1/2 hours and noticing that 3 people who came in after me were being called back and getting their work done and I had heard them saying their appointments were at 10:00. I went up to the desk to make sure they had not forgotten me and was told that they had nothing to do with in what order the people were being called and that there still 2 people ahead of me even thought they had come in way after me.

I waited to see if I would becalled in next but no they called in someone who I know for a fact did not come in until ten. I was fed up so I left. If they are NOT going to honor the appointment times why make them?

So all I want is for them to mail my permanent teeth

I had a problem with the oriental woman (hygienist) who cleaned my teeth this morning. I arrived at 8 am (3/16/2023) and was her first client. She did not tell me her name; however, she was rude, pushy, rushed me, uncompassionate and seemed to have a horrible attitude. I was emailed a link to leave feedback which did not work. While she was scraping my teeth with her dental tool, very hard, her finger was pushing against my lip so hard that it hurt and I screamed out to her to be more gentle. The Hygienist proceeded to give me an attitude and telling me " I have been doing this for 15 years!", " I know what I am doing!" "Let me do my job!". Just pure NASTY! Please hire people who are pleasant, kind and compassionate and are not just in your location for the money they make. I left Affordable Dental in Cypress Texas (8514 Hwy 6 North) extremely upset. In the future I will like another Hygienist to clean my teeth. I was told at the front desk that she was the only one there, so I will have to take my business elsewhere. I am not going through that again!

Went to affordable dentures and implants and had a tooth out. That went went except when the assistant did the impressions, and anyone who’s had that done understands what I am talking about. The assistant had to do it three times and every time she took the impression out she forgot to give me the gauze to stop the bleeding from the tooth extraction. Every time she came back I asked for a gauze she kept trying to give me the bloody one she took out and I asked for a fresh one. So after the third time me asking for a fresh gauze I made the comment, “ you might think they were taking out of her pay for using too much gauze”. After a few mins the doctor came in and said she didn’t appreciate my comment about her assistant. I was just dumbfounded and apologize but upon reflection I was upset by her comment. I think using bloody gauze is gross and shouldn’t have to ask for fresh clean gauze.
