Advance Disposal review: Household trash pickup

1). Broke several of our trash can.

2). Then started leaving trash on the ground.

3). Now they aren't emptying the whole trash can. Several weeks in a row. Today they left 1/3 of the can full.

Total laziness. As you can see, it's not jammed or stuck.
