11/17/2021 we had ADT come and install sensors on the doors and windows, along with window break sensors and keyless entry on our exterior doors, also a couple fire alarms. That same day they installed, they had to replace a battery in one of the sensors. The next day a couple other sensors fell off and received alarm batteries were low. We tried calling our rep and letting him know what happened and we wanted someone to come out and fix them since they were just installed. He said sure, and never did get anyone over to repair/replace them! We then got a call that the cameras we bought would not work because of our Wi-Fi and asked about getting plug in cameras instead and they would be out in December when they went on sale to install them. Never called, never showed up. We kept calling our rep and he kept ghosting us and would call the 800 # and we always got someone who said they would send someone out, but no one ever came. Then alarm went off because one of the fire alarms showed low battery so we took that down to get new battery for (remind you have only had for a month now, batteries are supposed to last way longer than that) the following week ADT called us saying we might have a house fire because their system showed our alarm was going off. We took the fire alarm down the week before and just now calling us... What horrible service do not call ADT for security system you won't be safe at all!

Desired outcome: We would like a full refund on initial set up cost and auto pays you have taken out of our account and contract canceled!! We will never use your service ever again and will let everyone we know how bad your service is!
