i keep getting harrassing calls from these people they say they are a legal firm and they talk like Indians. This has been very annoying constantly calling my cell and my work number threatening me. One of guys name is Jeff Morgan and one was Gary, Steve and they used common names. I asked them why they were calling me and they say I owe them money. One time it was $200, later $500 and now it is $150o. They call my work every hour or so and say they are going to come to my job and arrest me. Please tell me how to get this stopped. it is driving me crazy and I have tried everything to locate who and where these people are. My email address is [protected]@att.net. Please help me ASAP

so there are others getting these same people calling them? I tell you I have talked to an attorney and the District Attorney and they are investigating these people, they have put a tracer on the phone lines and they will be caught. This one inparticular(JEFF MORGAN) curses and hangs up and then calls right back saying he can't feed his family because i will not send him money that I do not owe, Thanks for coming forward, is enough people come together we can locate and catch up with these people sooner, I called the BBB in NewJersey and they are also investiagting this. I think this situation needs to be brought on National TV. So they know we are investigating them . They are nothing but scams. THANKS AGAIN

I am getting harrassing calls from this company saying that a company told them to take over my payments and that I owe them 408.00 if I don't make the payment by a certain time. They will get there attorneys on me.The main Guy they had me to talk with was Nash Taylor is the name he went by. They had accents like middle eastern, I really hope they find these people I am really tired of them harrassing me 2 and 3 times a day. This is very stressful !Thank you!

In my case, they just started calling me and threaten to take me to court if I did not pay by this coming tuesday in the amount of $534.00. I do not owe a payday loan of any sort. I agree it is scary to have them call you everyday and if you don't answer, they call back to back to back. its annoying and stressful. they demanded $411.00 at first and now they are saying $534.00. i will take the advice that i have read on here and hopefully this will stop soon.
They are scam artists. They are bottom feeders who have bought charged off account s for a few cents on the dollar. Any money they collect is a profit.I have reported them to FBI, BBB, State Attorney General's Office and it still hasn't stopped them. Every month they change phone numbers. They call from 4 AM to 4PM Monday through Friday on my home phone, cell phone and work phone. First they wanted my debit card number for a payment, then they wanted a Money Gram payment sent to ADA, now they are calling asking that I do a Western Union Person-To -Person payment to Sergio Diodiadra. Are you kidding me? They need to be stopped. They try to harrass you into paying them.
