Hello to everyone looking for a puppy...
If you come across a certain person named Lila Kyriakopolous who sells mainly Chihuahua's, Pomeranians, Morkies, Yorkie, Maltese, anything basically a teacup or TOY breed. We purchased a puppy from her on Saturday who died in our arms early this morning from PARVO virus. She is in it for the MONEY and does not care about the dogs. She is running a puppy mill. She won't let you take photo's on premise, she only takes cash, and she'll never reveal her "country home" address to clueless buyers.
Her website is ckcpups.com or mmy2pups.com. She usually sells the puppies for $650 or $850 depending on the breed. She sells the puppies when they're too young and "vaccinates" them herself, but often, as it happened with us, she let us take the puppy home and told us to come back for his shots. He died 48 hours later from a deadly virus which has contaminated my home as well (now I cannot safely own a puppy for another full YEAR).
PLEASE we are BEGGING you, do not buy from her! I will continue to post this FOR LIFE.

We called her to at least ask her for a refund or even at least for an apology..instead she claimed we made the puppy sick (impossible) and that she doesn't believe us because the puppy could have belonged to someone else...ohhhhhh come on! She also said we insisted on taking a 7 week old puppy (far too young!) meanwhile she didn't even tell us he was THAT young!

If there is anyone out there who has dealt with her and ended up with a sick puppy please contact me. Currently gathering people for a lawsuit so we can at least be refunded our money + vet costs. Thank you.

I did not create this story. To create a story it has to be fiction, and what happened to my family and I is not fiction (loads of documents to prove this). I have two other dogs from her, and they are perfectly fine. We went back for the third and were sold a sick dog. I am not out to seek revenge, I simply ask for a gram of sympathy and for her to honor her health guarantee and replace the puppy. However, I do stand by my comment that she is in it for the money. She should have at least offered us another dog as per her guarantee, instead she denied the whole "story" and refused to speak more of the matter but is currently selling puppies from that litter. Parvo virus has a gestation period between three to five days and therefore this poor puppy came to our home sick. Having said that, I am not at all under the impression that she knew the dog was sick. All I ask is that from now on, she should actually have a Vet give the puppies a thorough health examination prior to purchase and she should offer documents from the Veterinary clinic. Puppies that have not been vaccinated should not be sold, especially at 7 weeks! This is all...I don't know a single other responsible breeder whom does not offer such documentation proving the puppy is healthy and no other breeder of Pomeranians lets their dogs leave their home until at least 12 weeks of age. It's easy to sell a puppy that seems playful and healthy without knowing that they could actually be very sick. I don't think she is a mean person, but we do feel we have been very wrongly treated in this situation and the least she could have done is offer an apology instead of completely denying that this could happen. I am happy that you're happy with your three dogs. Sadly, this is what we wanted but instead ended up with a tremendous amount of grief over something that could have been prevented if the right measures were taken (vet exam, vaccines, sold at 12 weeks). We wish you luck with your fourth dog and pray they are healthy and "just what you wanted".

Thank you all for posting your experiences with this woman. Recently I had the pleasure of rescuing a Pomeranian of her breeding who has also developed Alopecia X, a hereditary symptom of bad breeding (the user above also had her Pom lose his coat). She continues to find ways to sell puppies (Pomeranian, Maltese, etc), but slowly we are cutting her business back. If there are more people out there who have had the misfortune of dealing with this vicious and money-hungry woman who breeds dogs like livestock without proper vaccinations and vet care, I urge you to post your experiences. The more that people complain, the less the buyers for her puppies and the more knowledgeable people will be when deciding on a "good" breeder. Thank God for the digital age and social media phenomenon! So far many buyers have opted out of a puppy from her following these reviews and I have recommended some very well known CKC breeders (with a stellar reputation) to people looking for a pure-breed puppy. Also, she does not register these dogs with the CKC which is ILLEGAL and RCMP have been have contacted. The laws are outlined in CKC documents and you can easily search for them online. Hopefully the RCMP and the CKC will have her shut down sooner rather than later. Also, if anyone out there would like to add their story to my case file with the SPCA and Toronto Animal Services, please feel free to get in contact with me and I will provide you with case file numbers. Thank you all for your help thus far and DON'T LOOSE HOPE!

I don't know if I'm late to this as I had not thought of my experience with Lila Kyriakopolous for over 10 years, until I had seen an old email from 2009 and decided to google her name. At the time, I was only 18, about to enter University so I didn't fight harder for this, but the original poster's story hit a little too close to home.

Again, as it has been over a decade, I can't recall exact dates, but I can say in September 2009, I went on Kijiji to find my first pet. Here I found a long-haired chihuahua - black fur with a touch of brown and white accents, including a little spot on her chest. I was so over the moon.

We messaged Lila, went to meet Minnie (as I named her), and purchased her on the spot. Minnie was 6 months old at the time, and Lila had informed me she was the runt of the family, which is why she still hadn't been sold. She provided paperwork of all her shots, provided Purina kibble and we were on our way.

I fell in love. As an only child and being a child of immigrant parents who had no experience raising pets, I convinced them that I was ready to do this. I saved up my money, and Minnie was mine.

Minnie settled in very nicely. She was sweet, timid, gave very soft and light kisses, but slept on my shoulder when I sat on the couch (that is how small she was).

Minnie "coughed" a lot, as I called it. When I called Lila, she told me gently rub Minnie's throat back and forth, that it would soothe her. She said this was normal as she was a small dog and it just a part of who she was like how people sneeze from time to time - I believed her. I followed her instructions, and I was with Minnie constantly as I hadn't started school yet and I was able to be with 24/7.

A week in, it was getting so bad I was concerned. Lila told me to drop her off and that she would take care of it. I was ecstatic as my formal vet visit wasn't for a few more days, and I didn't have to wait. I dropped her off but then the next day, Lila called and said Minnie had passed away.

She said something along the lines of how she's not surprised because a pet's name plays a big role, and naming her "skinny Minnie" (Lila's words, not mine) is how she ended up this way.

I was heartbroken and asked what happened to her body. Lila said she buried her in her backyard. From here, I told her this was wrong, that she had to take responsibility and at least provide a partial refund. Lila said was "crazy" and that I killed my dog, that was my own fault and I was never able to reach her again.

This was my experience with Lila. I've moved on, and I'm not concerned about the money at this point but this vile woman should not be allowed to own, breed, or honestly be near any animal. Making a living is one thing, I get it, but these animals don't deserve this.

If I can help in any way, I'd be happy to.

People that care about there animals don’t leave owners hanging when issues in puppies health arise. It’s disgusting that this family of sickos breeds these poor dogs multiple breeds asking top dollar imagine being so heartless. These poor puppies most don’t even stand a chance despite having the lost loving devoted homes

They appear to have done it so often it doesn’t even phase them anymore

On Aug 9, 2020, I was in contact with a woman selling a female yorkie puppy, by a woman that went by the name ‘’Jane’’. She seemed to be a loving dog owner for our first conversation, we chatted a bit and I made arrangements to come to view the puppy at her sister’s home in Toronto.
At the time I hadn’t planned on purchasing, we had just begun our search my husband made it clear that day we were only going to look.
Upon arrival I was greeted by a woman who introduced herself as Mary, the sister of Jane.
A few seconds later, out came Jane onto the porch holding the sweetest little puppy. She placed her down on the porch and she came right over, Jane told us she was a 9 weeks old a micro yorkie. Her picture on the kijiji ad Almost didn’t even do her any justice she was TINY

We instantly fell in love and we committed to the first E transfer. A woman walked up with her husband asking if she was Jane, she saw us and asked Jane if she was selling the puppy they just drove to see.

The husband said he had cash in hand, I looked at my husband and he quickly said she’s SOLD sending her an etransfer as we speak. The couple walked away crying, which made me feel sick had that been me I would have been crying myself. At that moment I should have ran cause that alone should have told me she was stringing along multiple families for the same pup. Looking back at it now, the excitement of the puppy clouded my good judgment.

We had to send the etransfer in two increments. As we were sorting out the second e transfer to Mary (the sister), Jane pulled out a small lunch bag with a blanket and inside was a tiny little yorkie pup it must have been only a few days old. We asked her why it wasn’t with the mom she said mom was not feeding her being the “runt” and that she had to take care of the puppy herself.
At that time I felt sick, in my own experience with small breeds, there should have been no reason a pup that young should be away from mom. Nervously, I asked ‘’Jane’’ what
she was feeding the puppy we had just bought. Jane told me Pedigree and Purina wet food adult formula, I asked her why she was feeding adult formula, her response was that her vet had told her to. She said puppy formula dog food made her dogs coat itchy and dry, she ground the food up before giving it to the pup. She told us she syringe feeds puppy goats milk and when that wasn’t accessible, 2% milk. She said that the puppy doesn’t like water so she mixes it into her dry kibble.
I was in shock, I had never heard such things but I believed her because I thought she was ethical, I told her not to worry we would do all this and she would be loved and taken care of. She gave us a small container of food, a carton of 2% milk, and a certificate from her vet saying the puppy was in good health. Jane then told us we couldn’t get the puppy needled, as she was too small.

On the way home, we processed all these strange directions, yet we agreed that if it was in Roxy's best interest, we would do it. On our way back home with Roxy, we stopped at Rens as we needed some goats milk, food, and a few other puppy items. We chatted with staff and agreed that pedigree Adult formula food was quite honestly the worst food we could give a pup.
So that we didn’t upset her tummy, we decided to gradually make the switch to different food.

This day was a lot to process, we were so excited to welcome home our newest family member. We started to think more about the situation and began to worry about the interaction we had with her. I promised “Jane” that I would call her a few days later to check in and let her know how she was adapting. I let her know Roxy was so loved in my family and sent her some pictures. She told me she was worried about her and to take care of her, I assured her that was exactly what I planned to do.

I contacted Jane’s vet because I wanted to know why he did not want to need her so that I could pass the information onto my own vet, they were unwilling to give me any information whatsoever claiming that it was private information. This really upset me because I wasn’t asking for any information on the breeder, just wanted to make sure I figured out what was best for Roxy.

My kids and entire family fell in love with Roxy, we made sure to be very delicate with her. We had no doubts in our mind that we would take care of her, as we had prior experience.

I booked Roxy a vet visit. As for the new covid restrictions, the vet came out to the car to pick her up. I expressed my concerns about sugar issues, the food Roxy was eating and all the bad habits “Jane” had told me about. I gave him a stool sample and he took Roxy in for an examination.

A short time later he came out he said she was very small and he didn’t even feel comfortable
vaccinating Roxy, he said her exposures would be minimal and the vaccination would likely kill a dog that size (she weighed 10.4 oz.) He told us that because of her size, being so tiny and a small breed animal, to assume she was hypoglycemic, to free feed her. His exact words were all the habits I’d normally tell you not to do with this pup, do it. He said to give her the wet food and feed her the goats milk. He also said not to syringe feed her, she should be licking the fluids up and the food should not be grounded. He noted a loose knee in the back leg and severe underbite.

Roxy was fitting right into our home perfectly and was training on the pee pad, she was the sweetest puppy.

As weeks had passed, Roxy wasn’t as playful anymore, she could always be found cozy in her bed. She always had accessible water, food and goats milk laid out at various times to give her the extra benefits.

On Friday, Sept 18th, it was like any other ordinary day. I put my kids on the bus, came home, and loaded my dishwasher with Roxy laying at my feet. I ran out for about an hour to grab a toaster, when I got home I let Roxy out of her crate to pee. She peed and then curled back up in her bed. My daughter and I were having lunch, I looked over to Roxy’s bed and noticed she was having a seizure. I ran over to her, scooped up her lifeless body, and immediately left for the vet just around the corner. (I knew that I wouldn’t be able to make it to my vets office so I went to the closest one)

I banged on the door, Roxy was barely hanging on. I had explained to them what had happened, they rushed Roxy inside. Due to covid, I had to wait outside (felt like I was waiting for eternity but it was only a few minutes) They came out and told me they did everything they did and that Roxy had passed away.

On Sept 18th, 2020 we lost our beloved Roxy cause of an unethical, heartless breeder. I had to explain to my young kids that our beloved new puppy wasn’t ever coming back home, you can only imagine how heartbreaking it was. My eldest 7 year old had tears rolling down his face, my other two children did not fully understand, as they were looking around aimlessly for her. My youngest now exclaims she’s up in Heaven.

When I contacted “Jane”, she asked me why I didn’t call her and that I promised I would- I had seconds to react to my puppies life slipping away in my hands. She said she was a pro and that she would’ve told me to give her Gatorade, she also said that it could have been from the food being too salty- which is not true at all. I was already extremely upset and angry, she quickly said she had to go and hung up the call. She didn’t even give me an apology or show any signs of remorse.

Unfortunately I haven't had the best experience either :( my pomeranian however is 7 years old now I am so shocked to see this post but my poor little pup has been sickly ever since I brought her home :( (she also was meant to be a tea cup I spent $1200 on her however she grew to about 5 pounds) I had health problems with her right away she was vomiting blood as well as in her bowel movements she never helped with any of my vet trips although Lila said she would. I do love Lila as a person but I have had constant health problems with my little girl and I fear after seeing this that I am not the only one. Just last year I spent over $5000 at the vet. I really do feel as I have been taken advantage of :(

To the original poster I TOO CAN VOUCH FOR A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH LELA KYRIAKOPOLOUS. My girlfriend and I purchased a puppy from Lela on September 20th, the KIJJI ad stated that the Chihuahua had his first shots and he had been dewormed. After the transaction was made she informed me that he hadn’t been given his first shots, and I would have to get it done. As well, she stated to be apart of the Canadian Kennel Club but failed to provide us with her last name or certificate.

Sadly, my poor puppy died on December 11th due to a disease called hydrocephalus, which is an incurable condition where a puppy’s brain swells to the point where it shuts down. After Louie collapsed on Dec 11, we rushed him to a vet where she spent 3 hours working on him while he experienced seizers and heart attacks until his brain shut off and he passed away. This condition is very rare and may be completely random, or by fault of a breeder who may have breed a sick dog.

I wanted to contact Lela and update her on this horrible news, I found my original receipt and noticed she had only left me with the name “Lee” and an out of service phone number. The only thing I could do was return to Lee’s sister Mary’s house. I went to Mary’s house last night with my parents (385 Lumsden Ave, Toronto, ON [protected]) and we explained our situation and asked if she could give us Lela’s current contact number [protected]). The whole ordeal was very sketchy as she mentioned Lela changes her number all the time due to “prank calls”, and when we asked Mary for Lela’s last name she said “Lela never gives out her last name”. WHY? AREN’T ALL BUSINESS PEOPLE ARE EXPECTED TO PROVIDE A LAST NAME? She also said that she believed there was one 4 month old Chihuahua left from the same litter. IF SHE WAS 4 MONTHS OLD FROM THE SAME LITTER HOW COULD MY PUPPY HAVE BEEN ALMOST 6 MONTHS). I believe Lela lied about the age of Louie as he seemed way too small and hadn’t grown much at all.

As soon as I got in the car I called Lela and said “Hello, this is Danielle..” before I could finish she hung up. I called back and she yelled “THIS ISN’T LEE STOP CALLING ME”. At no point in our brief conversation did I state that her name was Lee? If she wasn’t Lee why would she have mentioned the name?

At no point was I expecting a refund, as the disease may not have been by fault of Lela. However I was hoping for at least some acknowledgment that my puppy had died. As well I wanted a new puppy or the ability to adopt an older dog as Lela informed me that, “ALL MY CLIENTS MAY ADOPT OLDER DOGS WHEN THEY REACH THE AGE WHERE THEY CAN NO LONGER BREED, FREE OF CHARGE”. ‘Apparently’ this is a courteously that she gives to all of her clients.

When I got home and began searching information on Lela I was so upset to hear that so many innocent people had been scammed and left with heartache and very bills due to a women who is running a disgusting puppy mill. I couldn't believe it! LELA KYRIAKOPOLOUS IS A SCAM ARTIST WHO IS USING PUPPIES TO MAKE HERSELF A FORTUNE AT ALL COSTS. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PUPPIES OR HER CLIENTS. SHE IS FAKE AND WRETCHED AND I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL SHE HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN.

If the original poster would like a testimony, a signature, assistance on suing Lela, anything.. I will do EVERYTHING I can to see that justice is served to this witch.

If anyone has vet info here in Toronto please let me know. She has a Vet in Tweed but any other vet info would be useful. Call her vet and review them on google. They need to be held accountable for giving health certificates for sick dogs. There is a possibility the vet never saw the pup in question. They may have seen another dog. Clean bill of health for a dog without a chip means nothing. There is no way to tie that dog back to the exam

Note to all those that are insisting on supporting Iris Milonova and all her LIES...The breeder is in the midst of getting Iris and all the parties involved in the witch hunt and bullying tactics undertaking via FACEBOOK to court. Mediation broke down with the Mediator, having examined all the evidence, advising the BREEDER to get a lawyer and SUE! That is exactly what is happening. Not
only is the IRIS MILINOVA, OR IRIS MILONOFF, OR IRIS MILONOVA, OR CLAIR THOMPSON OR whatever other alias she prefers to go by, but everyone who acted against the BREEDER by any means on behalf of IRIS with absolutely NO CONTACT or TRANSACTION WITH SAID BREEDER on FACEBOOK is also being seeked for SLANDER without just cause. This is a 35 year business that acted in good faith with this person and who insisted the Better Business Bureau conduct their investigation. The BBB also came to the same conclusion - the BREEDER acted in GOOD FAITH with this person. To those who are unaware - this person was a repeat customer - IF THE BREEDER SELLS SICK DOGS - WHY BUY NOT ONE - NOT TWO - BUT THREE PUPS!

Information obtained prove Iris Milonova, Milonoff and or Claire Thompson - (just the fact there are 3 aliases gives cause for concern) - indicate nothing more than he said/she said and no proof...check out her facebook...which hunt comes to mind...was even asked by one if her friends to take this to court...answer was 'it's complicated'. Really?
Buyers should always beware, but also make decisions from seeing for themselves and not taking opinions as truth.

Hi, I had a similar experience with Lila when we purchased our Morkie back in July 2012. She was quite the talker when she wanted to make the sale and get your money. When we called her regarding the fact that the vet said he had worms, she never responded to any calls or messages. We did purchase our puppy for $750 from her with hope that everything will be fine. There were red flags that went off when she told us that they are breed in a country home etc. We should have went with our gut instinct but luckily our dog does not have any major health issues. When we took him for his initial vet check up, we were told that he had some type of worms and he was put on antibiotics and a special meal plan. Luckily, we have a great knowledgeable vet who prescribed the right medication for our dog. He was also scratching his ears etc. when he came home and was filthy when we picked him up. All the puppies were sleeping in one carrier and were covered in poop and pee. I had a huge feeling that she was a backyard breeder but was really desperate to purchase a puppy for my daughter.

I also I had a problem with her as well. I purchased a pom yorkie mix from her. First of all I came from Windsor to pick up my puppy. I was told I was getting a boy, and as soon as she introduced me to my pup, I knew right away it was a girl. What kind of breeder doesnt know the difference btw a male and female puppy? She them handed me a napkin with disgusting ground beef in it to feed my 13 wk old puppy. Right off the bat I was disgusted, however still purchased the puppy because there was no way I could leave her with some one like that. As soon I got my pup home I noticed she was constantly scratching her ears and her body. 2 days later I brought her to the vet, and the fist question my vet asked me was where did you get this puppy, and told me she was more of a recuse case than an adoption. Her little ears were infested with ear mite
s and her skin was covered with a form of "walking dandruff". It took over 3 months and multiple prescriptions to completely rid my pup from all the bugs. The vet informed me that she probably became infested by the mites immediately after birth, and that they are extrememely painful. I was also told my pup would be a max of 4lbs, and today at just over a year old she is nearly 8 lbs. After reading these stories i guess I was somewhat lucky. My little pup Bella has turned into the most loveing intelligent pup. Maybe becuase she is so thankful she no longer has to live at that horrible place!

I too would like to come forward and say that I had the very same and sad experience with Lila back in 2010 and my pomeranian-chihuahua nearly died just several days after bringing her home. She too had parvovirus. I spent four thousand dollars saving her life which was very very unlikely to even happen with such a deadly and HIGHLY contagious disease— but I had to try. It sends chills down my spine to see that 3 years later she is still doing the very same thing. I was offered another sick pup as a refund "to sell" when I went back to her to let her know her litter was infected with a deadly disease. There was no care or sympathy for the animals whatsoever. I filed a formal complaint with the humane society and I sincerely pray you all did the same so that we can stop this woman from harming any more precious, innocent animals and leaving devastated families in her money-motivated path. Her karma is coming.

I am not fake that's why I provided my email and already lots have contacted me. Lila has many happy families with dogs. It's very unfortunate and I've always thought that not everyone is meant to have kids it's the same thing I think about dogs. Not everyone knows how to care, love and take care of dogs especially puppies. In my honest opinion that would be those who even offend others the way you have offended a reputable breeder (Lila) also everyone knows that most vets are in it for the money. No vet will offer to take care of your dog/puppy/cat or any other animal if you don't have the $1500 they always ask for to do non ever lasting exams on your dog and simple answer you at the end that your dog was stressed or had parasites. To be honest... If I even tried to be neutral and understand both sides it doesn't even make sense that her puppies have parvo because from what I understand of parvo is that it is highly contagious. None of my dogs got to me with parvo so now the question that's running in my mind is what possible did you guys end up doing with those poor creatures. Anyways it seems as this will all soon be fixed in court.

I would like to mention that I 100% agree with Iris Milanova and her account of what happened. I have good reason to believe the above post by Andrea Morales is a FAKE...I have come across her fake posts before and believe it is Lila herself, her sister or a close acquaintance. The exact same story that happened to Iris happened to me with my puppy that I bought from Lila Kyriakopolous. Exact same story, promised a healthy puppy but when we brought the dog home it started pooping blood and had parvo virus. My dog had problems with its ears, stomach, eyes, everything. After spending thousands of dollars our vet saved the dog. Lila also vaccinated the dog in front of us but our vet said she did tests and that she must have vaccinated the dog with WATER. That is how cheap and evil this Lila Kyriakopolous is. She is in the business of killing puppies and must be stopped. Since the incident, I got in contact with 15 separate families who have had the exact same experiences. More than 80% of them had their dog die from Parvo within a few days of bringing their dogs home. When we told Lila about what happened she threatened to sue us for slander, as she did to many other victim families. I fully support Iris and her case against Lila. I suggest that anyone else who has this experience and wants to be a part of the case contact Iris, or post here to ask for the contact info. And please ignore posts by Andrea Morales, she is a fake.

This is a very sickening complaint! Id like to start off saying that Iris Millanova who's real name seems to be Iris Milanoff has no feelings what's so ever for the dog that supposedly died and no respect to this REGISTERED BREEDER named Lila Kyriakopolous. It's very sad how "educated" and former student from Uoft can express herself this way about anyone. She has been giving out FALSE information this is cruel and disgusting, not only has she lied about her identity as Claire Thompson but the story that she has created has impacted the 35 beautiful and hard working long years of Lila's kennel named Rossetti and Aarts. Why would anyone even believe this person when she lies about her true identity but does come forward and gives out the name, city, kennel name and number of another person? She is a coward ! That's what she is!

A little bit about myself and where I come in this story defending Lila from this monstrous person and all these false accusations. I had been searching over a year on a web page for a pomeranian. I always wanted a purebred pomeranian and the puppies advertised I would not come with shots, were being advertised too young (6 weeks of age) or simple not purebred. I finally found an ad that fitted with what I had been looking for over a long time. This was:
1- Parents on site
2- To see the environment of where my puppy has been raised (clean/ good family)
3- shots and dewormed
4- Purebred

BINGO! I finally found a beautiful white/blonde tiny purebred pomeranian advertised at 14 WEEKS of age! Perfect I said, he comes with shots and absolutely all 4 points that I was looking for. Great! I quickly contacted the person through this web ad and she answered the next day. Her name is Lila Kyriakopolous (geeeez such a long last name I almost swallowed my tongue trying to pronounce it LOL). Lila quickly provided me information and sent me her address. She was willing to either meet in Peterborough or at her location. I wanted to go to her location, therefore, I went.

Id like to highlight to Iris and "others" that when you decide to bring someone in your life like a puppy it is a huge responsibility and the least you could do is go and see where your puppy is coming from! Meet the parents and the former owner! That's the least you can do. I own 4 pomeranians and I drove 9 hours from downtown Toronto (where I live) all the way to Cochrane to get one of them. I could have meet halfway but it's not a pair of sneakers or an ultimate fashion dress that I was buying, it was my kid!

A "Country Farm/home" or whatever was stated in this board that's a huge LIE, it's called a Kennel and this Kennel my dear is owned by the REGISTERED breeder Lila Kyriakopolous how dare you do this to her and her beautiful dogs! Thank God that I went for myself and never read this because if I would have read this I would have never gone and would have NEVER met this wonderful lady (Lila) who not only welcomed me to her house but also showed me all her dogs! These dogs are taken very good care of and are even welcomed into her house. How many breeders actually let their dogs sleep inside their homes? Almost NONE! They have absolutely have NO TICKS on them! Every one these are lies! PLEASE go and see for yourselves! If there's something that I have learned from this experience is to never listen to words that others say until you have actually experienced it.

I will be posting pictures of my beautiful dogs. Dogs? Yes lol. Not only did I buy one from her I bought TWO more! I will continuo to tell others about her story and the terrible bad mouthing that this young lady has done, her name is Iris Milanoff! She should be ashamed of herself not only did she buy one dog from this lady she bought more and they are happy and healthy you can look for videos on YouTube to see it yourself her boyfriends name is Ihab Ghandi look at the videos and see for yourself. She is a LIAR!

I also would like to let everyone know that this is in the process of being taken to court and not only have I supported Lila to do so buy many others that own dogs from her! She is NOT alone and I will make sure she wins this case and that Iris Milanoff makes herself responsible for the actions that she has decided to take of this malicious INTENT!

Please contact me for more info! Andreamorales1515@hotmail.com

My dogs names are Monkey, Coco and Neo. I would happily provide pictures of them and more information if wanted! Id like to say once again...

I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER with ROSSETTIS & AARTS KENNEL! Also thank you Lila
Kyriakopolous for everything and never give up!
Thank you for reading ! :)

I am corroborating the posters original story. The first post by Eliana123 is a fake written by Lila BTW. When we brought our dog home within the first 30 mins he was pooping blood, vomiting and basically dying. We rushed him to a vet and spent thousands of dollars trying to save him. Luckily it was a great vet and he saved his life. The vet told us that he we brought the dog in 6 hours later he would have already been dead. Lila is a terrible and disgusting women, she kills puppies for a living. Our puppy was 6 months old when we bought him, she vaccinated him in front of us. SIX MONTHS AFTER HE WAS BORN! The women is too cheap to vaccinate her puppies until she knows they are going to be sold. Her business is killing puppies. When we brought the dog home he was pooping blood, vomiting, had ear problems, stomach problems, bowel issues, mites in his ears. When spent thousands of dollars to get this puppy healthy. We were promised in our contract that the dog would be healthy. When we called her to tell her it was sick she hung up on us. A week later we called her and asked to pay back half the price of the dog (400$) even though we spent thousands of dollars on treatment and medicine. She threatened to sue us and told her that if the dog was sick we should have brought it back and she would have given us another one. If we brought that dog back it would have died, dogs are living things. To this day my dog has to eat special food.

I had a problem with her as well when I was liking for a puppy I came a cross her on kijiji
She set up a time for me to come and see the puppies
When I got there I picked the one I liked and gave 200 to hold my puppy
She took picture of me holding him a few weeks later I called to see when I could pick him up she told me he was dead but she had more puppies so I wasn't sure what to do I went to see the other puppies anyways I again found one I liked and a few weeks later went to pick him up and she asked me to come back so she could give him his shots I thought there would be a vet at the house but no just her
The puppy was okay he looked a little funny the next day so I took him to the vet
They told me he was okay but he did have fleas it was definitely an experience and I would never do it again
I do how ever think she loves the dogs she's just in over her head.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss but would like to add my story to yours if it will help you. I bought my pom from her 7 years ago with the promise of him being a teacup (4 pounds or under as an adult) I paid 400$ more than her other puppies.
The day I brought him home he had diarrhea and within 6 hours of getting him from he passed out and started having seizures. I rushed him to the hospital and found out he was hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) and that if I had showed up at the vets 1/2 hour later he would have been dead. This one trip to the vet cost me $1200. I asked the vet what would have caused this and she told me whoever had him before was probably not feeding him properly so he would stay a certain size. I also asked the vet if this could have been prevented and the vet told me that if I only had him for 6 hours there was nothing I could have done. I called Lila because I wanted her to help with the vet bills since she was the one responsible in which she answered I should have called her instead of going to the vet and hung up.

After about 6 months my puppy was now over 4 pounds and called her because I wanted a refund for paying extra for a teacup when he really was not. To this she told me I was feeding my dog too much and he's fat that's why he's over 4 pounds. (lies-I had the vet check him to make sure he was not overweight)

At 8 months, my puppy starting limping and upon giving him an xray the vet told me my pup had an issue with this hip. The ball part of his leg was too big for the socket and was rubbing on the nerves, He needed surgery to fix this or he would have lost the use of his leg forever. We had a health guarantee with Lila for anything hereditary (which the vet confirmed this was) She would still not honour her guarantee. Instead she told me she wouldn't help pay for the vet bills but would replace my puppy and that that was her guarantee and not to help with vet bills.

He recovered fully from his surgery but than he started to lose all his fur. We couldn't figure out why and took him to all the tests we were able to do for him. skin biopsy, thyroid test etc etc and everything came out negative. The vet finally came to the conclusion that he had alopecia X and he lost all the fur on the trunk of his body and tail. This is also and hereditary genetic issue.

This lady is definitely not in this business for the puppies. Who would ever offer to "replace" your family member
Overall I spent more than $10, 000 on a sick puppy from her. She did not take responsibility for anything.

Hopefully this will help you
good luck

I live two houses down from Lila. Aarts and Rossetti Kennels is a fine kennel for puppies and buyers. The puppies are dewormed and the have their shots. Also I have watched the S.P.C.A. come and go from her house with no complaints. Who ever wrote this ad is just being devious and selfish. Aarts and Rossetti sells health and happy puppies. Anyone reading this ad should look into the information themselves and not listen to others. Some people are just out to hurt other people and their businesses.

Why was the SPCA at her house. The SPCA is a toothless tiger. Pups are only brought to joys for showing and the sale. I suspect the pups are bred in Tweed or Marmora She also sells from a Lansdown home using Sean as front man. I’m just starting my investigation so will post here as I find info. By the way neighbour you just happened on this site? Duh

I can corroborate with original poster's experience. I, too, am a victim of hers. I paid my deposit for my Pomeranian puppy (much like OP's baby) and went through a similar route. I paid $850 - $200 deposit and $650 when I picked the little guy up.

She promised no flea & tick, diseases, nothing. Of course she would, why would she say otherwise? I asked her many questions from the time I went to visit him to picking him up with regards to types of shots he got, deworming method, food, vacc. schedule. She said she will tell me everything in person. I didn't know she didn't have a vet until I picked him up. She told me she had her own vet that she took her puppies to. And when I picked him up, she said "I didn't give him his shots. He's too small. Come back in two weeks." She also told me to stop "internetting" with regards to information.

Having stumbled across this review, I panicked and got in contact with OP who graciously helped me through this transition time. Lila gets on the defense whenever you ASK or MENTION anything that can slightly be an issue. For example, I noticed my puppy was incessantly scratching his ears and biting his fur & paw. All she had said was "he has no fleas".

I brought him to the vet myself for shots and a checkup (probably what she intended us to do anyway). He started having really soft, diarrhea-like poo. One morning I woke up and found a really small living larva-worm looking thing. I messaged her when I got the chance, in hopes of seeking information. She rose her voice and said "If you're complaining, you need EVIDENCE. I have 20 puppies, you have one. How will ANYONE believe you without evidence?"

She also claimed she "gives up" and is no longer willing to help me in the future...

Today, he vomited a little. She is a sick woman. She does not care. Do not keep her for profit puppy mill running...

Please buyers, beware. This week (it's only been six days) has been a nightmare - without sleep for me, and my whole family. The financial loss is still racking up.

Did you ever wonder why she does not chip the dogs? A vet has no way of saying this is the pup he examined. She could use same vet check for many dogs. This smells like a puppy mill operation. Sorry everyone had to learn the hard way about this family. She had no compassion for any of her victims. She is evil. She is a horrible part of humanity

Really? Because I find that very hard to believe, over the years I personally have 3 healthy dogs from this lady and I plan on getting another one... also I don't believe that she would give you your puppy at a young age, because i remember very clearly that I wanted my dog early as well and she explain very thoroughly that wouldn't be safe and I respected and app!eciated that a lot! I feel that this lady truly does love her animals!

This whole comment you have made about this lady and how she runs her businesses is very false and inappropriate! As a long time customer of this lady, I am 100% sure that all the dogs are in a safe and well kept environment!

Who ever you are please find something better to do then to create a story!

It’s so obvious this is the breeder. She is a low life scum bag with no sole Run from this breeder. Same thing happened to us. Investigate this breeder yourself. Google her name her sister Mary and Sean. They are all connected. Aarts Rossetti kennel is a kennel to avoid at all cost
