David Durgan was recommended by a friend. He was hired to repair the popcorn in my living room, including two sections where there was a leak and a visible crack on the East wall/and paint.
• On January 25th, the project was completed. I paid in full $925.00 ($350.00 for the East Wall Repair and Paint ad $575 for the popcorn ceiling in Livingroom).
o Before the guys left, I showed them two sections that required attention; the popcorn was not repaired well, and the stain was still showing. I was handed a can of spray paint.
• January 26th, after the paint dried, I noticed the horrible job on the East Wall. It looks worst than it did before the “repair.” I
o I contacted. Mr. Durgan on January 26th and submitted the pictures. He informed me they would come back next week to repair it. No contact.
• February 2nd, I received an email stating, Cheryl good Morning! I haven’t forgotten you! Hang loose! I will be contacting your soon! The roads were bad that day, so I understood the delay.
• February 10th, I contacted Mr. Dugan because he had not contacted me. He did not respond.
• February 14 and 18th, I contacted him. February 18th, he informed me that he would get back to me next week. He did not
• February 28th, I contacted him again. I can see from the text that he read my message. I stated, “Hi David, I hope you had a great weekend. Will you be able to come out next week to fix the wall? If not, I would like a refund for that work so that I can have someone else “fix” the wall. He has not responded.
