I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by this cleaning company and would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging them.

The cleaning service delivered was far below the standard that was advertised and expected. Despite being informed that a supervisor would conduct an inspection before handover, I found numerous issues throughout the property, including dusty surfaces, visible water marks on glass panels, glue residue that had not been removed, and floor stains that were left unattended. Many of these defects were only rectified after I personally pointed them out to the cleaning team.

What is even more frustrating is that I had to spend a significant amount of my own time carrying out a detailed inspection, identifying the shortcomings, and repeatedly requesting rectification. In the end, there were still areas that were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, and I had to clean them myself after the team had supposedly completed the job.

The most disappointing part is the company's attitude towards customer feedback. After the service was completed, management contacted me and requested feedback regarding their service quality. I provided honest and detailed feedback, expecting that they would investigate the matter and propose a solution. However, after receiving my feedback, there was no meaningful follow-up, no accountability, and no effort made to address my concerns or recover the poor customer experience.

A professional cleaning company should not only deliver quality work but should also take responsibility when standards are not met. Unfortunately, my experience demonstrated a lack of both quality control and customer service. Based on the service I received, I cannot recommend this company to others.

I am sharing this review publicly so that other consumers can make an informed decision before engaging their services. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the service provided did not reflect the professionalism that was promised.
