I became a rep in Nov. 2110 thinking I could make money, but I was wrong and decieved by the company.I asked for my money back beccause the phones and service is no good but they refused, once they get your money thats it.The phones has terrible servicce, you spend more time talking to the tech support guys then you do your friends and family. They fail to tell you that your call waiting and caller id no longer work or that you only have use of one jack in your home, where you put your dt box is. They also fail to tell you that your number is now long distancce to all yours friends including your next door neighbor, they all have to dail a 10 digit number to reach you when before it was only a 7 digit number, oh and dont even think that it will be in your local phone book or available by calling 411 ccause its not !Thier videos phones are a joke, if you ever have been to a meeting you will notice that the reps carry them around but I dont think they use them. They blame all of of the problems on the internet providers but in my group there was 4 different interent providers used and none of them worked.Charter came to my house 3 times, I have the best modem and upped my router from the E-1000 that they require to a E-3000, stiil lousey service.I spent hours and I mean HOURS on the phone with tech support and no good, still bad service.I just hate that before I knew how bad things were I signed up 81 ccustomers, I started off on a roll, but found out all to soon that this ccompany is a joke.Oh and they tell you how this will help your future because of the residual income, I made 20 ccent for the first 3 months pay for 81 ccustomers and then 1 dollar the next month. I will post the statement if it lets me.The only people getting rich here are the ones at the top, so unless you just have something you want to give away I would stay away from 5linx.

5Linx is a complete scam. Their products have ZERO value, you will not be able to offer any significant savings to anyone interested. On top of that, even if you manage to sell anything, the commissions are a COMPLETE JOKE. Don't do it, they ask that you pay a $250 joiner's fee, plus $50 a month, plus $25 a month for a business phone line. Thankfully I realized how much of a scam this whole setup was after my second day as a rep after reviewing the compensation documents. I should be able to get a full refund on everything since I cancelled within 10 business days of signing up, we will see...

I check 5LINX with the BBB and they are not register with them. Also the company know as ERON was partner with the Fortune 500 and the former CEO is in jail!

It's unfortunate that you' had a bad experience with 5LINX. If you would have did your research and understood how the MLM industry works, you'd have a different outlook...and a bigger bank account. Do you know what the biggest pyramid scam is? Corporate America! It is there where the people at the top make all the money. You just work for a check. And a small check at that!
Why is it that Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies partner with 5LINX? Is it that we're an INC 500 rated company for 4 consecutive years? Maybe its our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Now, do we have complaints? Of course we do! What successful company doesn't. It's how you deal with those complaints that gives you an A+ BBB rating. But I know, you thought this was a get-rich-quick scheme. You probably said "I'm gonna sign up, and in 90 days money will be falling from the trees!" NOT! Its a 3-5 year process to develop your network that will pay you enough residually to have financial options. But if you would have did your research, you would have known that. What's really unfortunate about this is you "majored in the minors" and let small things that an be overcome prevent you from achieving your dreams and desires. Say hello to your bad-breath boss at work tomorrow. I'll get out of my bed when I'm finishes sleeping and be at home working on my fortune.
