Hi there courts,
I would like you to help me please.. I've received this letter 27 July telling me to pay my outstanding late payment. Within 2 days. But I did msg him that I can only pay on the 8th Aug which is my pay day but still he sent me a letter telling me that I must clear it within 2 days if I didn't pay the amount they will come to my house and take what is valuable. I did msg him that please don't let my mum know cos she has a weak heart I scared she get heart attack.. im not from Rich family.. plus this my ex friend of mine using my name yet she take all the item and ran away now in the one has to pay for it. Please help me...
