Gift certificate that was paid-for in advance was not honored. It was sub-contracted with The Great American Balloon Company and they cancelled many times due to the weather, although the weather was not poor. After several years of emails and phone calls, they refused to give a refund unless we produced an original credit card receipt. We gave up. I never filed a complaint against the BBB, but understand and realize now that I will be forced to do so.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I've been in touch with 26 people who have had similar experiences with A Great American Balloon Company. We will be filing a lawsuit shortly as there are several Wisconsin statutes that are applicable to the matter.
