In May 2023, I Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowe’s. The refrigerator began to knock loudly and hiss. I called Lowe’s and they replaced the refrigerator, but it had the same issue. On 11/23, I went into Lowe’s to talk about the problems with the refrigerator where I was given the number for Frigidaire. I called Frigidaire and was given an appointment a day before Thanksgiving. Shortly I received a confirmation email that the repair would be for 11/22/23, between 8 AM and 12 but no one came so I called the Frigidaire repair line; took forever to get a representative. She checked and said no one could come until December 23 so I asked for supervisor. She said the supervisor was in a meeting but will call me back but as of today, 11/27/23, no one has. I tried to resolve the issue via chat but was unsuccessful. The chat was extremely unsatisfactory. tried to get through at least three times today, waiting at least 15 minutes on one call. I would like Frigidaire to pick up the second refrigerator and refund my money so that I can go elsewhere and purchase a better brand of refrigerator. Thank you.

We're extremely sorry to hear of your frustration. No question that it's never a good time for a product to have issues but it's even worse when it's during the holidays. Unfortunately, as I'm sure you can understand, this is a very busy time for service personnel.

Any refunds or exchanges would have to be handled by the retailer, as that is where you made the purchase.
