Frigidaire review: Faulty appliances 1

We moved into our new Lennar home in 2019. All of our kitchen and washroom appliances are Frigidaire.

To our dismay, 3 of our appliances are not working properly, as follows:

Microwave - Model #: FGMV175QFA Serial #: KG64602784

Now blows a fuse almost every time we use it.

Refrigerator - Model #: FGHB2866PFNA Serial #: 4A71309112

Ice Maker JBND -27

Even though it dispenses water, the ice maker has stopped making ice. We have watched “many” Youtubes on how to fix this problem, but none work. We also replaced the water filter with a Frigidaire brand.

Washer - Model #: FFFW5000QW0 Serial #: 4C72013577

At any given time, we lose one of the settings “Normal”. I was lucky enough to view a Youtube that did fix this problem.

In any event, appliances of this early age SHOULD NOT be malfunctioning in one way or another. We are extremely displeased, and feel, even though we are out of warranty, your company should do something for us. I can’t imagine that you manufacture appliances that would only last a few years.!

I would appreciate if a representative could reach out to us with regard to these most unfortunate circumstances.

We are extremely sorry to hear of your frustration and would like to assist.

Whereas it has been several years since your purchase, the first suggestion would be to contact the retailer the appliances were purchased through. Many offer additional services that would protect the consumer should problem occur.

Please let us know if that route doesn't resolve your issues.
